Ernest Tuckett (C'92, L'95)
Ernest Tuckett is a senior lawyer and corporate executive leader who has worked for some of the largest companies in the world. For nearly 30 years, Ernest has been a corporate lawyer and advisor to business leaders including c-suite executives and boards of directors. Ernest has held two General Counsel positions and led the legal and compliance departments of multi-billion dollar manufacturing companies. Ernest is a people-focused leader and mentor, and he has founded initiatives to advance the careers of diverse lawyers and other professionals, such as the Black General Counsel 2025 Initiative (www.blackgc2025.com).
A Double-Hoya, Ernest graduated from Georgetown University’s College of Arts and Sciences in 1992, and Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. While in undergrad, Ernest was a proud President of the Black Student Alliance for two years.
