How can you handle participants who are resistant to feedback?
Understand the source of the resistance before providing any additional feedback. Be also humble enough to admit if you are unable to find the source through indirect questioning and observation. Should the trust and respect exist between you and that person, ask the question directly and put yourself in a lower position of "I do not know how to assist you further in XYZ as I feel their is pusback. Can you help me try and understand why I might feel this or am I completely off the mark here? Once the source is revealed, you can decide how to approach in a positive manner and potentially win over a person for life.
