By integrating Novagentic’s AI capabilities, we are expanding our AI‑enabled toolset to enhance the customer communications management (CCM) capabilities of our CX Platform. This feature expansion is anchored in a robust governance framework tailored for regulated industries, with transparency, human oversight and clear accountability embedded throughout. Our approach to AI is grounded in privacy‑by‑design principles, strong data protection controls and enterprise‑grade security, aligned to the expectations of regulated industries. AI capabilities are deployed within secure infrastructure, with clear accountability, auditability and risk management at their core. Through the acquisition of Novagentic, the CX Platform will introduce an expanded suite of AI‑enabled capabilities designed to make customer communications smarter, faster and more adaptive. Daniel McKean shared thisI recently had the pleasure of joining a panel with Dirk Dobbs, Neil Benson and Ian K. to discuss innovations in member experience, “The Evolution of Omni-Channel Member Communications.” It was a great conversation culminating with a few clear takeaways: 1. AI is already delivering real, practical value not just hype. There are proven, in-market solutions transforming how organisations communicate and engage with members/customers today. 2. There are also many non-AI solutions that can significantly reduce friction, improve both CX and UX, and support workflow automation through straight-through processing. These can be augmented with AI when you’re ready. 3. In many cases these can be implemented in bite size chunks allowing you to test, measure, learn and refine within a controlled process. The bite size approach allows you to prove the ROI rapidly in order to justify the next tranche/mini project. To quote the wonderful Sarah Penn, who summed it up perfectly with an old Chinese proverb: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. As you know there are solutions that resolve this however some organisations are either unaware or unwilling to adopt better practises. Our organisation is a KYC services provider that resolves these issues. Hopefully we can connect with this financial institution to assist them. Not only would it be a better customer experience and improve data security it would lower the processing time and cost for the institution. We need more people like you initiating conversations and challenging the slow pace of change.Daniel McKean shared thisI am carrying my passport today - not because I am going on holidays 🏝️😊 … but because a financial institution needs a copy of it 🤦🏻♂️ - witnessed by a JP - to update their identity records. 1️⃣ I have to find a photocopier. I used to (about 6 years ago) have one of those fax/scanner/copiers at home. They used to break down every year or so and the ink cartridges were quite expensive … now I just use my smart phone to send docs. 2️⃣ need to find a JP - who are amazing generous volunteers 🙏🙏 but I still have to take time out of the day to find and sign. 3️⃣ I hope this financial institution is super cyber safe - as they are creating a rich PDF identity honey pot🍯 4️⃣ good news is on the horizon. A former staffer of mine - Jordan Hatch 🏆 and his team - are now working for the Feds and driving reform to modernise commonwealth statutory declarations. We need to keep reforming along these lines - these 20th century processes are unproductive and a cyber/privacy risk - ie - not fit for purpose in the 21st century - of which we are almost a quarter of the way in 🙃
