It's double celebrations in Thailand this week!   We've launched Thailand’s first world-class hyperscale #cloud, AIS Cloud powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (#OCI). Thank you to Paul Carvouni, Richard Koh for inviting me, and Darren Leong for hosting me in a fireside chat at today’s Agentforce World Tour Singapore 2026. I shared that INSEAD’s journey started eight years ago when we began building our integration backbone on MuleSoft, long before the Salesforce acquisition. What began as simple connections from LMS to PeopleSoft has grown into a fully integrated ecosystem spanning Salesforce, Eloqua, Fusion, web & mobile apps, and every business‑critical system across our global campuses. That foundation is why we could move fast. We launched our first Agentforce pilot in just six weeks. The pilot supported open‑enrolment programmes with use cases like customer service agents, and backend automations such as contact summarisation and programme recommendations. To balance speed with safety, we use a hub‑and‑spoke governance model aligned with the EU AI Act: the hub sets policy clarity, the spokes implement responsibly. We distinguish between RAG‑based automation (which requires strong metadata foundations and data governance), deterministic API integration, and probabilistic MCP automation. With increasing agentic deployments, we are looking into MuleSoft Agent Fabric to strengthen agentic governance. We have since extended Agentforce across all INSEAD’s programme, and has already reduced manual work. As part of our roadmap, we will integrate Agentforce with Mulesoft that will enable us to quickly scale up capabilities with our established API library. Prospective students could be able to check enrolment or scholarship status, with Agentforce orchestrating responses through MuleSoft APIs. With the launch of the Headless CRM, this is even more key. Integration becomes the execution layer. Going forward, we hope that every engagement with INSEAD will be even more rich and enjoyable!
