Claude Code isn’t just another AI assistant for developers. It’s changing how work gets done across the delivery cycle. Our Director, Bojan Zivic, shared an example of this at the Anthropic Claude Code Community Meetup in Sydney, speaking to a packed audience of 100+ (with another 300 on the waitlist!). Inspired by Anthropic’s own approach, Bojan explored a time-boxed spike to test how #Claude Code + Kanban could accelerate software delivery by bridging the gap between project managers and developers. - Claude Code agents wrote tickets, tracked progress, and moved work across the board, with each ticket carrying context, decisions, and dependencies. - Engineers used the tickets as a structured context for further Claude Code-assisted development. - Project managers gained real-time visibility, refining ticket scope and contributing to coding prompt improvement. The result? The team shifted from doing to steering, reducing the typical overheads of agile rituals and coordination. Project managers shaped what done looks like, engineers shaped how it's built, while agents handled the grunt work. This is what effective human–AI collaboration looks like in practice!
