“When’s the right time to implement EOS?” I get asked this question a lot. And almost every time, the business asking is already feeling some pain. Things are messy, communication is inconsistent, leaders are frustrated. Or growth is creating complexity faster than the business can handle it. Yet somehow, they still think they need to “get things sorted first” before implementing EOS. That makes about as much sense as getting fit before joining the gym. EOS is the thing that helps you get your business in order. Not after the chaos. During it. Because the truth is, there is no magical moment where business suddenly becomes calm enough to work on structure, alignment, accountability, and vision. Especially now.
