🎉 Happy 2026 from #teamtrice! 🎉 As we roll into a brand-new year, Trice is proudly continuing what we love most — backing rural, remote and regional businesses (because the best ideas don’t only live in capital cities 😉). While our incredible Projects Manager, Debs Robinson, takes some well-earned time this year to BEAT cancer (we’re backing you all the way, Deb 💪), it’s very much business as usual at Trice. Director Trudi Bartlett will keep saying “yes” (as always), with Deb popping in on a casual basis and support from some amazing contractors we know, love and trust. We’re almost three years in (how did that happen?!) and feeling incredibly grateful for the journey so far. To all our clients — past, present and future — thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to a brilliant 2026 filled with strong partnerships, exciting projects, business growth, and a few good laughs (and catchups) along the way. We can’t wait to keep working with you and to connect with some new faces this year 🌾✨
2026 is going to be big for me - but in a different way. Full-time work with Trice Consulting is going be put on hold, as I battle stage 4 Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (PMP) Cancer, after a surprise find at the end of 2025. 1 small surgery done, and in the next couple of weeks, I’ll go in for what is called the MOTHER OF ALL SURGERIES, an 8-12 hour procedure, where they will scrape, laser, cut out and remove as much of the cancer that has made it’s home in my belly quietly over the last 12 months. While open, they will pour in some hot chemo and swish around for an hour or so. This will have me ‘resting’ in hospital for about a month, with a long recovery at home after. Gutted to have to put my career on hold, as I love all the work I do with Trice. I am incredibly blessed to have Trudi Bartlett supporting me 100%, and I’ll do a bit of casual work when I can. So please keep reaching out to #teamtrice as we will still be going full throttle! 🚀 (I mean, do you even know us!) I can’t wait for it all to be gone, and get my strength up, to be able to support rural, remote and regional businesses once again - and get out to some of my fav regions - Balonne Shire Council , Goondiwindi Regional Council , Quilpie Shire Council , Western Downs Regional Council and more! Wishing everyone a great 2026, stay in touch, stay healthy, and I look forward to catching up soon! In the meantime - I am enjoying a week of early morning walks on the beach, hours by the pool and sunshine, at the Coast with family ❤️
