  • We had a highly engaging Pathways event last night, with thoughtful contributions from women throughout the session. Bianca Hartge-Hazelman shared sharp, data‑driven insights from the Financy Women’s Index, including how many years Australia is projected to be from economic equality, and how the underemployment gender gap widens during periods of economic uncertainty. Her insights helped frame the broader context women are navigating today. Dr Lili Sussman told her inspiring story and offered honest, practical advice on achieving the goals we set for ourselves through courage, clear communication, and asking “𝘸𝘩𝘰, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸.” She also shared a helpful way to reframe feedback as guidance and opportunity rather than an indictment.   A huge thank you to both speakers and to everyone who contributed so openly.
