At just 16, Lisa Billard is already reshaping the future of motorsport. The F1 ACADEMY Gatorade driver recently sat down with PepsiCo’s Jane Wakely to discuss how she got started, what it takes to compete at an elite level, and how Gatorade supports her performance and hydration on and off the track. Can’t wait to see Lisa take on Montreal this weekend!🏁🏎️

There's no single version of caregiving. What makes a difference is how support shows up. Sometimes it's a manager who leads with empathy, a team that creates room when life gets hard, or support that helps turn long-held plans into reality. Hear from three moms at PepsiCo, in their own words, and about the support that helped them show up for both their families and their careers. We’re proud to announce a new long-term collaboration with Grupo Fertiberia to help scale the use of Impact Zero, its high-tech, green hydrogen-based fertilizer across Europe. Launching in select European markets and with plans to expand across the region, this partnership will support ~400,000 acres of farmland and farmers producing key crops used in some our most popular brands. Building on successful trials in Spain and Portugal that cut emissions in corn and potato farming, this collaboration, alongside existing supplier agreements, is expected to bring us approximately 50% of the fertilizer used in our European supply chain from low-carbon sources by 2030.

Ask Jennie what she does, and she won’t start with a title. She’ll start with what it looks like when plans leave the page and show up in a store. “I make sure the last mile happens – from the case to the shelf.” After 22 years at PepsiCo, Jennie now leads more than 200 people across our UK field teams. For her, the “last mile” is where strategy becomes visible – from product availability and in-store displays to moments tied to global brand partnerships. And when it comes to what really makes the difference, Jennie's answer is clear: the people. “I’ve always been led on the people first – and the results follow.” That people-first lens is what’s shaped how Jennie leads, and how her career has grown over time. We're redefining the intersection of food and culture with the opening of China's first Lay's Potato Restaurant in Shanghai's Xintiandi district, one of China's most trend-forward lifestyle hubs and the ideal stage for an immersive, brand experience. Built around a "farm-to-table" concept, the restaurant reimagines the potato and the Lay's chip through menu innovation, design, and collaborations, creating a Lay's brand experience designed to be experienced, shared, and remembered.
