This award recognises the strength of our long‑standing partnership with AFG and our shared commitment to backing brokers with solutions that help more clients succeed. As a proud partner of AFG and the funder of AFG Options, we’re focused on giving brokers access to a broad range of non‑bank lending options, so they can say “yes” more often. This is a true team win. It reflects the partnership mindset, professionalism and care our people bring every day to support AFG and its broker network. Thank you to the AFG team, and to the brokers who continue to put their trust in Pepper Money ANZ. We’re excited to keep building on what we’ve achieved together.

Last Friday, our Pepper Money ANZ team took on the Coastrek 20km walk along Sydney’s Northern Beaches to raise funds for Beyond Blue. We couldn’t be prouder of everyone who laced up, showed up, and kept each other going all the way to the finish. What started as an idea in our ESG Working Group, and was made possible through Pepper Giving’s Small G program, turned into a really meaningful way to bring our Community Contribution focus to life. A massive shoutout to our walkers: Therese McGrath, Campbell Moore, David Hadlow, Emily Hu, George Srour, Goran Spinderk, Janani Lawson, Sean Metelovski and Vase Marcevska. It was an incredible effort for an incredibly important cause. Mental health touches so many people. In Australia, around five million people are living with anxiety and depression, and nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime. That’s why this matters. Fundraising is still open. If you’re able to chip in, every donation helps Beyond Blue continue to provide trusted support when people need it most: 👉 https://lnkd.in/gt7Hj6Vy

Even creditworthy Aussies are increasingly finding themselves turned away by traditional lenders - not because they’re high risk, but because their circumstances don’t always fit neatly within standard lending frameworks. A recent Mortgage Professional Australia article explores how specialist lending is playing a more important role in choppy market conditions, particularly for self‑employed borrowers, business owners, SMSF trustees and clients with more complex financial lives. The article features Barry Saoud, Chief Executive, Mortgages and Commercial Lending at Pepper Money ANZ, who shares his perspective on why flexible, contextual credit assessment is becoming increasingly important as lending settings continue to tighten. Ahead of the weekend, the team at Pepper Money ANZ had the absolute privilege of coming together for a truly uplifting International Women's Day 2026 panel - proudly delivered by our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. Held after IWD, because recognising and elevating women’s voices shouldn’t be limited to a single date on the calendar. It also marked a special milestone: the launch of our Women’s Inclusion Network, a community dedicated to championing gender equity and amplifying women’s voices across Pepper Money and beyond. We were joined by four remarkable leaders who opened up about their journeys, the challenges that shaped them, and a nod to the people who helped them get there: - Justine Turnbull – Independent Non‑Executive Director - Therese McGrath – Chief Financial Officer - Janani Lawson – Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Company Secretary - Min Min – Head of Performance & Improvement With our CIO, Steven Meek, guiding the conversation, we explored mentoring, career pathways, and the practical ways we can all contribute to a workplace where women feel genuinely supported to grow and succeed. One message came through loud and clear: real progress isn’t made through one-off celebrations. It’s built through everyday actions - the kind that open doors, remove barriers, and make space for women wherever decisions are being made. A heartfelt thank you to our panellists, everyone who made today happen, and all who joined us. Conversations like these don’t end when the event does, they spark the next step forward.

Investing in leaders means investing in the future of our business. At Pepper Money ANZ, we’re always looking for meaningful ways to help our people grow, lead and take on new challenges. That’s why we partnered with Hellomonday to pilot our first one‑to‑one leadership coaching program. What began as a pilot quickly expanded, with strong interest to continue. The feedback reinforced what we believe: when leaders are given the space to pause, reflect and think deeply, it has a real impact. So far, the program has delivered: • 86% of participants reporting a meaningful impact on their development • 60% wanting to continue coaching beyond the program • Every coaching session rated positively by participants We’re proud of the momentum this has created and excited about what’s next as we continue investing in leadership capability across Pepper Money.
