What we found wasn't simple, but was common for large B2B merchants... Pricing and product information across disconnected systems. Trade customers ordering by phone and email. Account onboarding taking days. Operational drag that compounds quickly. So we built a system that beautifully supports their business. Shopify Plus at the front.
