  • Looking to step into a hands-on cyber role with real client impact? Humanised Group are partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider and Cyber Security company supporting clients Australia-wide. They’re looking for a Cyber Security Engineer in Canberra, ideally with around three years’ experience. Up to $150k plus super, with a hybrid setup of three days in the office and two days WFH. You’ll focus on cyber security delivery across client environments, including Essential 8 implementation, technical controls, security assessments, incident response, and reporting.   • 10 years of Chris Hagell. Last week, we celebrated an incredible milestone for our Managing Partner, Chris Hagell, who has officially reached TEN years with Humanised Group. One of the highlights of the celebration was seeing the number of current and former employees who wanted to be part of it. Throughout the week, video messages came flooding in from people Chris has worked alongside, mentored, and helped develop throughout their careers. Hearing the stories, memories, and genuine appreciation for the impact he's had over the years was pretty special. Of course, we couldn't let the occasion pass without a gift worthy of a decade of service. As a lifelong Manchester United supporter, Chris was presented with a signed, framed vintage shirt from his favourite player, Eric Cantona. It's now hanging proudly in one of our meeting rooms and has already become a talking point for anyone visiting our new office. To top it all off, the team headed out for a fantastic lunch at EVRA Restaurant & Bar in Newstead, followed by a few celebratory drinks afterwards. It was a great chance to reflect on everything Chris has helped build over the past decade and celebrate the people who've been part of that journey. Chris embodies everything Humanised Group stands for. Genuine relationships, long-term partnerships, backing people, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. His impact extends far beyond the walls of our business and into the careers of countless people who have worked with him over the years. As we continue this exciting new chapter in our new Brisbane office and expand our capability across more specialist areas, we're incredibly grateful to have Chris leading the way.   • JOB OF THE WEEK! Humanised Group are working with a growing managed services provider in Adelaide who are looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to join the team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex technical problems, working across both infrastructure and cloud environments, and helping improve how services are delivered over time. You’ll be involved in a mix of escalations, project delivery and service improvement work, with plenty of hands-on exposure across Windows Server, Azure, M365, networking and core infrastructure. The business is also moving towards a more proactive, automation-driven service model, so this role will play an important part in lifting capability across the team, reducing repeat issues and improving the overall customer experience. You’ll also support and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, contribute to documentation and standards, and help deliver projects across upgrades, deployments, backup remediation and change management. What we’re looking for: • Strong Level 3 support or senior infrastructure experience • MSP or enterprise environment experience • Hands-on knowledge across Windows Server, Azure, M365 and networking • Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery and infrastructure troubleshooting • Exposure to project delivery, upgrades, deployments or migrations • Hyper-V or VMware experience highly regarded • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers • A proactive mindset around process improvement and service quality You’ll need full Australian working rights, with citizenship preferred for some contracts. You’ll also need to be able to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check, and hold a valid driver’s licence with the ability to attend site when required. The role offers a senior technical position with genuine influence, training and certification support, a supportive team culture, hybrid working after probation, and a clear pathway into architecture, engineering leadership or specialist roles.
