  • Shoutout to the amazing easykind team. Your grit through recent changes has been incredible. Those small wins, like our recent culture survey and the honest feedback you shared, remind us why collaboration truly matters. We're grateful for every one of you, and here's to steady steps forward together. 💪

  • Over the past few months, the easykind team has been through a period of significant transition. We’ve welcomed a new CEO and a new Managing Director for Australia, and with that changing of the guard we’ve embraced the opportunity to strengthen our culture and sharpen our focus on what matters most. We’ve never believed culture lives in a handbook or strategy slide. It lives in people. In the everyday conversations, in how we show up for each other, and in the shared belief that the work we do makes a difference. That purpose remains our anchor. Delivering compassionate, clinically led alternative healthcare to Australians in a way that's ethical, safe, and human. We've evolved from a fast-moving startup that pushed boundaries to a thriving company that listens, nurtures, and empowers our people to better serve our patients. These changes give us fresh energy to refocus. Something else we're doing a little differently is building our culture with the input of every person who works at easykind. We're not pushing initiatives out, we're inviting our team tell us what matters most to them. We are collaborating on building a culture that supports the important work we do in our clinics for our patients and recentring on the patient-focused "why" that connects us all. Through honesty, patience, and the collective effort of our team, we're shaping the next chapter of easykind, together. We're inviting you to be a part of it too. easykind welcomes Mark Butler's announcement of a National Medicines Record.  If done correctly, this initiative offers real potential for safer, smarter care across all sectors of healthcare, including alternative medicine. As a telehealth provider working with patients across Australia, we see daily how fragmented data systems limit care. Investment in a more connected, transparent system for prescribing and monitoring medicines is long overdue. Right now, telehealth prescribers rely heavily on patients’ honesty and sporadic access to My Health Record data. But My Health Record, while valuable in principle, often lacks the real-time accuracy needed for safe prescribing decisions. Records are incomplete, data can be hidden or removed, and not all providers are fully integrated. For many clinicians, including ours, this means working with partial information when designing safe, effective treatment pathways. A National Medicines Record could change that. By creating a single, comprehensive picture of a patient’s medication history, healthcare providers across mainstream and alternative health fields can make more informed, coordinated decisions. While a robust medicines database will assist in preventing misuse, it also gives every patient the holistic, connected care they deserve. This national reform represents progress not only for data integration, but for the broader conversation about how technology, compassion, and regulation can work together to create a safer, smarter healthcare future. easykind supports all initiatives which strengthen trust in telehealth as a legitimate, evidence-based mode of care. https://lnkd.in/gQ8nbaU8
