Welcome to the Collaborative Training Group Collaborative Training Group (CTG) delivers standard and/or customised training that is developed for your target audience; training that is engaging, relevant, cost-effective and designed with your organisation. Our courses address your organisation’s training needs. If required, we can help you identify those needs and we work with your team to include content that is relevant to you and your front-line staff. Most of our clients prefer to meet with us to design collaborative courses that include the specific examples and needs of the client. Some of our smaller clients prefer the cost effectiveness of equally engaging but more generic standard courses. The design team are adult education specialists and therefore build the courses in accordance with adult learning principles such as respect, relevance and practicality. Our specialty at CTG is non-technical skills, often referred to as human factors. Non-technical skills (NTS) are the social and cognitive skills required to work safely and effectively. Combined with technical skills, these are fundamental skills that contribute to organisational and individual safety and efficiency.
