Over the past twelve months, European sales grew 178% and more than 23,000 engineers across the region now use our platform to manage critical Kafka and Flink infrastructure. Germany has emerged as our strongest market by usage, and the momentum shows no sign of slowing. Today we're welcoming Falko-Germar Schwarz as our first European hire. Falko brings nearly a decade of streaming industry experience from Confluent and will be working directly with enterprise teams across the region. He's the first of several planned hires. 3x oversubscribed. That's how many women wanted into our Just Build It event this week. Seven of them demoed. Thirty more gave feedback. All of them building fast, building well, building now. If you're wondering about the pipeline, Wednesday was your answer 🚀
Just Build It. That's what we called the women in AI event we hosted on Wed night with our friends at Build Club. 7 brave builders demo'd their products and got feedback from 30 of their peers. I can't tell you how inspiring it was seeing them talk about their speed of execution -- from engineers going deep on complex audio tooling and designers creating personalised design agents to help their colleagues build when they're not around, to experts building AI-enabled R&D claims and systems thinkers re-imagining ideation and ownership. Specific kudos to Rachel Huang Nancy Cao Holly S. Isabelle De Backer 🚀 Kayla Gelman Stefi Peykova Krishnan and Gretchen Fletcher. Springboards.ai founders Amy Tucker and Kieran Browne and Blackbird investor Samantha Wong joined in the fun. When we opened up registrations, we were 3x oversubscribed.
