FY25 marks an important milestone for EDU Holdings Limited (ASX:EDU). Almost a decade after listing on the ASX, I’m pleased to share our FY25 results – reflecting strong growth, operating leverage and disciplined capital management, alongside continued investment for the future. In FY25 we delivered: ✅ Revenue up 95% to $82.4m ✅ EBITDA up 232% to $26.1m (32% margin) ✅ NPAT of $14.8m (18% margin) ✅ EPS of 10.0 cps – up >5x ✅ Total dividends of 4.0 cps (fully franked) This year demonstrated the scalability of our operating model. Ikon Institute of Australia (our higher education business) continues to lead performance through strong enrolment growth and encouraging uptake of our newly launched postgraduate programs. Higher education represented 80% of FY25 Group revenue and 90% of operating EBITDA, reflecting the evolution of EDU’s portfolio towards higher-value, longer-duration programs. Australian Learning Group (our vocational business) also delivered improved operating performance despite a challenging sector backdrop, reinforcing the benefits of a diversified education portfolio. Importantly, strong cash generation enabled capital returns through dividends and share buybacks, while maintaining a strong balance sheet and flexibility to invest in growth. We have entered FY26 with solid momentum, with record T1 enrolments (up 36%) and higher education representing 90% of commencements. While the regulatory environment continues to evolve, we remain confident in EDU’s long-term positioning as a quality provider aligned with Australia’s skills priorities.
