What does it mean to keep believing in design when everything around it is accelerating the tools, the processes, the way we create? Design Visions Report V6: "Believing in Design" explores exactly that. Not how design adapts to change, but what it holds onto when change becomes constant. This volume looks at design as an act of meaning-making. Beyond organizing information, beyond aesthetics, beyond optimization design as the practice of making sense of things. A question worth asking. An answer worth searching for. Design Visions Report V6. Coming soon. #DesignVisionsReport #BelievingInDesign #DesignThinking #DesignLeadership

Some tournaments are bigger than the sport itself. The World Baseball Classic is one of them. ESPN commissioned us to develop the graphic package for their World Baseball Classic 2025, a visual system built to carry the drama, the intensity, and the global scale of baseball's most prestigious tournament. From on-air graphics to every broadcast element, we designed a language capable of holding up under the pressure of a competition where every nation shows up to win. A new show arrived at ESPN's mornings. And we took care of its identity. ESPN brought us on to develop the complete branding for “Buen Día ESPN”, their new morning program, from scratch. We built a visual universe of its own bold, warm, and unmistakably ESPN. A graphic language designed to live across every element of the broadcast, from the on-air package to every piece of the program. From scratch. From 7am. From ESPN. Ten years ago, Andrés Urrutia and I started MOOCO Studio in a small office, with a simple, almost instinctive idea. Today, looking back at that first space and everything that followed, it’s hard to fully grasp the scale of the journey. More than 250 people collaborated with us along the way. We went through four offices, a global pandemic, and a complete shift from in-person to remote work. We traveled across 11 cities in 9 trips abroad and participated in 8 international markets. Over time, we had the chance to work with more than 130 companies across 18 countries in 3 continents, delivering over 8,000 projects since that day. These numbers simply help put into perspective the scale of the journey and the people behind it who made it possible. Along the way, people came in, grew with us, moved on, and left a lasting mark. More than a company a culture was shaped by curiosity, resilience, collaboration, and a shared ambition to keep moving forward, even when the path wasn’t clear. These years were anything but linear. The industry kept evolving, the context kept shifting, and we had to constantly learn, adapt, and reinvent ourselves. We made mistakes, faced difficult moments, and went through changes that challenged us in every possible way. Still, we kept opening new doors and growing, both as a team and as individuals. I’m deeply grateful to every person who has been part of MOOCO over these years. For the effort, the dedication, and the commitment, especially in the moments that weren’t easy. Ten years in, we’re still evolving, still questioning, still building. The challenges ahead are different, but the spirit remains the same. My personal thanks to everyone who has been part of this journey. It wouldn’t be possible without you

For a long time, sports content was simple. Show the game. The result. The highlights. Today, that’s no longer enough. We spoke with Federico Novello, Executive Producer at MOOCO Studio, about how the rules of the game are changing and what brands and platforms are looking for today when producing content in the sports universe. 👉 Read the full article. #SportsContent #CreativeProduction #SportsMarketing #ContentStrategy

Branding a race goes beyond designing a logo. It’s about building a system that runs through the entire experience. We were commissioned by ESPN to develop the full branding for RUNAHOLICS, the running race held in Mexico. Our work focused on building a flexible identity capable of living across every touchpoint of the event. Starting from the logo and identity, we developed the campaign’s key visual and graphic concept, later expanding the system across outdoor and digital formats. The design also extended into race assets such as medals, ribbons, and other elements that became part of the runners’ experience. It’s Cinema. It’s HBO MAX TV. We were invited by HBOMax to develop their Movies, March 2026 campaign. Under the concept “It’s Cinema, it’s HBOMax”, we crafted a proposal that highlights the quality of their films, combining refined graphic design with an animation system that enhances the rhythm and feels closer to the viewer. The campaign was built around two key pieces: One Battle After Another and Sinners, both Academy Award nominees, from which we executed the full campaign ecosystem, including adaptations, versioning, and localization. We also developed the campaign key visuals and their social media applications. And yes… One Battle After Another ended up taking home the Oscars 👀 🏆 Creative Team: CEO: Andrés Urrutia COO: Tomás Fernandez Pico CCO: Carlos Méndez Executive Producer: Federico Novello Art Director: Lucila Lopez Puebla Graphic Design: Jazmín Rodríguez Animation: Lisandro Diez Producer: Sofía Salemme #MotionDesign #CampaignDesign #HBOMax #Cinema #Craft #MOOCO

What happens when design stops seeking harmony and starts pursuing contrast? When what seems absent becomes the starting point. When tension becomes structure. When opposites stop clashing and start building each other up. In this new volume, In Search of the Opposite, we explore a simple but powerful idea. 👉 Read the article and explore the full report.
