I downloaded the app. And as many apps have a person do, go to the website and create the login. Not a provider, just wanting to see the exercises and see if this app is of value to me. A subscription is required to use the website, but was still unable to access the app. No instructions or something like “this is how to create the app login”. I created a help ticket after trying the “contact us” option that gave me an error. Horrible! Beginning to think this is just another scam type app. Adding a signup here for the app would be nice. I even tried the signin with my phone number and a password I created, nothing. No text…. Yep, feeling this app is data mining junk. I will see how long it will take for anyone to respond, but considering how the app is not functioning or the website, I am thinking this will just get deleted and I will make sure to share and/or update my review. Such a shame. Had hopes for this one.

PT here, just downloaded this app, curiosity got the best of me. Saw an ad that this can be used for physical therapy. This thing is not user friendly, nothing is actually customized for injury. I clicked to focus on a body part, and for some reason it set me up with an exercise for a completely different body part. It wants to track you on the camera, but it wouldn’t. I did 10+ reps and didn’t count one. It kept saying my form was off, and told me to do things I was and stop doing things I wasn’t. Garbage app.

I’m only 13 and my parents don’t want me to work out really. But if I have good form and show them that I can. I’m really excited to use it!
