NEW FEATURES • Buyers can now edit the accounting information at the header level of a requisition instead of editing the accounting information for each line item.

BUG FIXES • Previously, users were unable to approve purchase requisitions when a budget warning was displayed. This issue is now fixed.

BUG FIXES • Picklist search results was limited to 15 values. This issue is now fixed and user can now scroll to access all matching values. • Previously, a deleted cart was automatically filled with a PR that was in composing status. The cart is now correctly cleared and remains empty until a PR in the composing state is manually edited.
