Oh my gosh!! Why haven’t I been using this app the past decade? I don’t know when they started it but I wish I would’ve. We have run our commercial dog care and training facility using a dog-industry software program for the past 11 years. We didn’t hate that program, but couldn’t say we loved it. We just recently down-sized and are doing only training from our home so looked for a more streamline app. I battle Lyme disease and was worried I would not be able to keep up with all the office work after letting our office manager go. I found PocketSuite from another dog trainer’s recommendation. It looked too good to be true. Well, it is too good, but it IS true!! I don’t really have to do anything!! My phone beeps and tells me a new client signed up from our website and all the forms and contracts magically appear in the system and then the appointment is magically booked and they magically get reminded. It’s just so simple. It’s streamline. It does EVERYTHING for you!!!! It even wrote out contracts for me! When I have a question about the app, they respond right in app but I don’t have many questions because each feature gives a little couple minutes video on how it works!! I don’t have to watch like a three hour training, I can just “snack” on my current issue for a couple minutes and move on. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I would have been able to save literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on office managers’ pay over the past 11 years if we had been using this. Hind sight!

This app is beyond amazing. I’ve been using this app for about 6 months. I have just started my dog training business and this app has changed my life. This app saved me so much time, stress, and protection from making mistakes and help protect me from liabilities. I literally use this app as my office it is outstanding on what it provides. Pocket Suites customer service is second to none. I do not know where I would be without these amazing people and their app. They go above and beyond to support you with any questions and provide solutions. They really show that the care about your needs. I researched and tried out several different apps as well as serval different websites who offer similar services. However there is no comparison in the quality and performance of Pocket Suite. Pocket suit hands down is the best app and experience that I have had and I highly recommend any dog trainer or small buisness to support their business. It takes so much stress, time, and it saves you money. It makes displays to clients that you are a legitimate and professional business. This app is a one stop shop and has everything covered and is sill growing and improving. From contracts, forms, quick text, automatic reminders, communication with clients, tracking appointments, sync with your calendar so that you do not double book, invoices, quotes, scheduling, payment processing, ease of use, small learning cover, and the best part is they will walk you and help you through every step or support that you may need. This is just to name a few but there are advanced options, features and more.

I want to update my previous review- I was able to reach customer support, A REAL PERSON, in FACT 2 PEOPLE called! Linda, was very compassionate and understanding about the situation! She and the team immediately jumped into action to clear up the situation! This made me feel secure again with my choice of using Pocketsuite for my small business! Thank you Linda for everything!! Great customer service which is EVERYTHING to me!**************There is no way to talk to this company without sending a text, they do not answer their text in a timely manner! How can you do business with a company who does not respond! I have been with them for years, they used to be on point with response, but now it takes hours or the next day. My client contacted the payment gateway who Pocketsuite uses to process payments because they couldn’t identify the charge ( which was from 3 months ago), the payment processing company erroneously told the client they have no idea about the company (mine who they been processing my payments for years!) or about the charge. Once my client realized who the charge was from and I provided them with the charge id, they contacted their bank and the processing company that Pocketsuite uses to get everything cleared up. Pocketsuite was informed by the bank as well. Pocketsuite sent me an email that they received the message from the bank that all was well,But Pocketsuite put my account on lockdown from me receiving payments that other clients paid Plus debited my bank account! And have not responded to my messages! It’s time for a change, if they can hold up thousands of dollars and not respond they are not for the small business. Be aware! No real customer service, text messages that go unanswered! And state send a text and we will respond.

Great app, excellent onboarding, slow support

I just starting using Pocket Suite. The features are great for managing clients and employees. I really liked the onboarding process. Pocket Suite takes a proactive approach, offering set up support and office hours for extra help. They seem genuinely eager to help you succeed. Many of my questions were answered while I was getting ready to migrate from another scheduling app through the onboarding process. By the time I was ready to switch I felt prepared. The downside has been support. Importing client data took two emails and 5 business days to get data imported. That delayed implementation. After setting up Pocket Suite on my website (great instructions from Pocket Suite for doing this), testing and going live, some clients were unable to schedule through the website. I contacted Pocket Suite and sent supporting documentation showing the problem. I’m confident that the problem will be resolved, the delay is concerning. Overall the app is excellent and I recommend it. With the recommendation I’d suggest patience when trying to resolve problems.UPDATE: Pocket suite did not solve the website scheduling problem. The issue went on for 15 days. During that time clients had difficulty scheduling online. The last contact I had with their help desk was 5 days ago. Looking into solutions on my own, I found a workaround. The app itself is great, but getting technical help was disappointing.
