Hotfix: We fixed iCloud Sync issues introduced in the previous version that caused problems for some users.

This update introduces Zoom Lock, helping reduce accidental palm zooming while writing. You can lock or unlock zoom from the context menu by tapping on a note in Day View. We’ve also improved iCloud Sync to make it more stable and smoother across your devices.

Our new Yearly Plan is here, a simple, flexible, and better-value way to enjoy everything Penjo offers in the year ahead. This update also includes performance improvements, stability fixes, and subtle UI polish across the app.

Here’s what’s new: • Straighten Lines with a Simple Gesture: Right after drawing a line, make a short perpendicular stroke across its center, like adding a tiny “+”. Penjo instantly straightens it for cleaner diagrams, arrows, and notes. • Polygon Shape: Use the new polygon shape with a configurable edge count to create pentagons, hexagons, and more. • Smarter Selection Tool: Improved rectangular selection behavior for smoother and more predictable control. • Cleaner Paper Picker: Paper types are now reorganized for easier browsing when adding or editing journals. • Plus More: Various fixes and refinements throughout for a smoother Penjo experience.

• Shape Handles: You can now resize shapes using four edge handles, and adjust lines with two endpoint handles for more precise control. • Duplicate: Added a Duplicate option to the context menu for text boxes, images, shapes, map boxes, and drawings—quickly copy any object on the same page. • PDF Export: Improved PDF export performance, especially for batch exports covering many days. • Font Compatibility: Fixed an issue affecting calendar event and reminder list boxes when using certain custom fonts. • Plus a few small fixes and overall improvements to make Penjo even smoother.

This update brings helpful fixes and a smoother Penjo experience: • You can now see the number of sheets per day in Week, Month, and Day views. Day view also shows which sheet you’re currently on. • Calendar events and reminders now use your default text font, so they match the rest of your notes. • Text color can now be changed while editing, giving you more control over your formatting. • PDF export is faster and more stable, especially for detailed notes and batch exports. • Fixed an issue where the app jumped back to the journal list when switching themes or apps. • Swipe gesture sensitivity has been adjusted to reduce accidental top bar minimization. • Plus a few small improvements to make everything work better. Easier Taps, Smoother Edits We increased the tap area of item buttons (Text, Image, Shape, Maps) for more reliable selection. Fixes Corrected a time formatting bug in Events and Reminders views.
