Hey guys this is a really cool app I use math when trying to get through a tough depersonalization/derealization episode and this is the best yet I’ve used a math majong game which is good too but I recommend getting this and trying out the 3 day free trial and maybe sticking with it because you just can’t find these type of games on a console obviously and I love the interface as well the only issue I have so far is with the trainer for the fast math part of the app. The issue I have is that when I first tried it,it would give you feed back on what the fastest time is for each FastMath timed test or whatever to give an example Fast would be 0.9secs,average would be let’s say 1.3 secs & bad/slowest would be let’s say 4 secs. So I noticed that no matter how many times I would repeat the same test I would either score average which would be like 1.3 or slightly better because I would use my calculator to figure out that I would score at 1.3 or like 1.25 or 1.27 or something. I would have no issue scoring average or slightly above average my issue is the game seems to automatically keep me average as if the developers of the game weren’t able to actually have enough data from enough players playing the game so they just set the game to always having you score in the average range unless you score bad because of being slow or purposely taking your time to score at the slowest rate. To the developers of the app please please please don’t take my review or criticism negatively it was just a nitpick and I could completely understand not being able to have the data from players to have real time scores and have us players really see how we truly stack up. I’m only saying it would completely blow up the app experience to out of this world!!! If you could have the real time data! Thanks for this great app! 👍
Thanks so much for your thoughtful review and kind words! We’re thrilled that FastMath has been helpful for you, and we appreciate your detailed feedback.Just to clarify—the “fastest,” “average,” and “slowest” times in the FastMath trainer are based on your own answer speeds within a test, not a comparison to other players. That said, we love your idea about showing scores compared to other users and will definitely think about how we could incorporate something like that in the future! If you have any other suggestions or questions, feel free to email us at support@fastmath.app. Thanks again for your support, and happy math-ing!
