The Hypori app provides secure access to your organization’s apps and data from your personal device. With Hypori, you have the freedom to work securely without risk of leaking corporate data. I think there needs to be a single notification for new email, but not a notification for each new email. I will have the notification go off 10 times if the program goes and looks at my inbox at one time and collects all of the emails and sends a notification for each one.

Not optimized for iPad

Overall the app is ok however it suffers terribly on iPad in landscape mode connected to a keyboard. The app launches in portrait mode even though the iPad is in landscape mode. It has a hard time correcting setting the aspect ration when it does rotate to landscape mode after I have logged in. At times it will only use 1/3 to 1/2 of the screen. Only way to fix that is to force close the app and relaunch, sometimes though I have to force restart the iPad for it to work. Perhaps the most annoying issue is that when you type in a program in the app with a keyboard connected the app shifts up like it is trying to display a virtual keyboard but just displays a black box, to fix it I have to stop typing and click somewhere other than a text field to get the app to return to full screen. However as soon as I type again it does it again. The app while functional is not optimized for iPad and is in need of an overhaul.

This app is an absolute disgrace and a complete waste of money by the DOD. It's nothing but a useless pile of trash, and that's putting it nicely. You try to log in and all you see is the main screen; that's as far as it goes. No matter how hard you try, no matter what you do, it refuses to connect to any services. The only purpose of this app is supposedly to access your email and check Teams messages on the go, but good luck with that. Even if by some miracle you manage to log in, the moment you try to open a message, it kicks you out claiming the system admin changed the policies. As a software developer, I've never seen anything as terrible as this. Absolutely revolting! If I could, I'd give it a negative rating.

No notifications/Landscape issues

While the app can be a little laggy, the worst thing is I get no push notifications on my iPhone and/or iWatch. I have double check and push is on with notifications. The landscape issue, as others have mentioned is a problem as you cannot see anything on the iPhone in landscape. It rotates but the screen doesn’t resolve the rotation and looks compressed and stretched. Also the scroll issue is still present with trying to scroll up or down in minor increments and it takes off scrolling madly to the bottom or top. Please fix ASAP!
