First of all logging into this app is unbearable. Some days it recognizes me. The next, it doesn’t. Some days it says your account doesn’t even exist. Transferring money to my debit is a hit or miss. Sometimes it just leaves on an endless loop. Never taking me to the next Step of transferring my money. The app freezes when logging in, constantly. This is where my money for work is being wired with. The fact that it can’t even work properly. Terrifies me that one day I’m going to be locked out of my account. Do yourself a favor I rather get a check from the company every 2 weeks than deal with app. It’s terrible.

The app runs smooth is user friendly. I use it for my CC tips to be added. Don’t like that’s is a fee to transfer money to another account nor that I can transfer from another account to Ferry card. Card is not useable for online purchases.

There’s no function to have saving envelopes or to set money aside in any way, no function for Apple Pay, and the app frequently takes upwards of 5 minutes just to load. Currently been watching a loading wheel on a white page for a good 10 minutes just to see my finances. There’s a reason I transfer all my money out of this app rather than just using the app. Only positive is immediate transfer, but I’ve never used it so.
