Buggy and inconsistent on the Vision Pro

When the Apple TV app works - it works wonderfully and is beautiful. However, it’s performance on the Vision Pro is inconstant for me, particularly in travel mode. I have used it for a handful of flights at this point, and it has never worked flawlessly for me. Downloading episodes for offline use has had a lot of bugs, with some episodes not downloading, and others expiring in very short order. A rented movie that I downloaded disappeared halfway through. And then, when you try to log into the app, it seems to switch to an “offline mode” sometimes where only the downloads tab appears, even when connected to a valid WiFi network. In fact - I’m writing this review while connected to wifi right now, but the Apple TV app is stuck in “offline” mode so I can’t browse or download or watch anything else. When actually in a TV show or Movie - the app is absolutely gorgeous and it is a wonderful experience. But there are quite a few bugs that need to be worked out, especially for travel on airplanes.

While I love the few 3D movies, the app needs more work. Imagine if the environments were interactive. Imagine if the app offered digital assets from the movie (wallpapers, ring or text tones, etc.) Instead, we have an app that offers selective or limited bonus features for works. I was hoping that the Apple TV app would be more innovative that IMDB. It needs an IMDB type or the InSight feature needs to really be beefed up. // I wish that Apple TV and Apple News had some sort of integration. I wish Apple would lead the film/tv/entertainment industry by making Apple TV the place where people can come to get some great stories AND a digital token system that would enable Apple TV+ users to rent or whatever from iTunes. // I wish Apple TV had more features for Vision Pro. // I wish the Apple TV app, Apple Watch and HomePod had integration or unison.

I live in a rural area and need to use my Mac to stream because the Vision Pro version of the app keeps getting stuck at 99% then deleting/restarting the download. But it won't allow me to stream downloads this way because of DRM restrictions. Tell me... if the connection between my mac and Vision Pro is not secure, why is there not a larger issue I should be concerned about? Or is it that you guys just need to fix this thing so many have complained about. I would submit a bug report but apparently this is NOT a bug and you guys are doing it on purpose. You need to re-think this policy.
