Just when you think that Timepage couldn’t get any better the team at Bonobo does it again - the latest updates with the all new weather, timeline streamlined changes, etc…all but places Timepage into its own category of time/schedule management - I’ve been using Timepage exclusively for over 10 years now and it continues to the the Gold Standard for this category. Great Job Bonobo!! Excited to see what’s coming in 2026 (and for my Vision Pro version of Timepage!!!)
This app is my go to for planning my life. It’s beautifully crafted. I have encountered two bugs though. The primary is that my widgets are no longer showing my calendar events. Then when I tried to contact support, the button went nowhere…so I’m posting this here. Hope to see this resolved and hear from support soon
I have been a long time Apple iCal user. Always looking to make my personal workflow easy and unobtrusive. I stumbled on the Timepage App in the Apple App Store, and found this to be a pleasant user experience. I use primarily on an iPad Pro that I use with an external 32” monitor. Running Timepage app on the iPad to my right just feels right to monitor my tasks and commitments for the day. I especially like that in TODAY mode, the app refresh’s for days that have many appointments. I also like the heat map view as well. The only feature I would like is the ability to pull in iOS tasks from the Apple Reminders App. Until that happens, I will coexist using both Timepage and iCal for now.
This is easily the best planning app I have come across. I have literally tried pretty much all of them available on the App Store and off the App Store and this one is so intuitive and legit just has everything that you need all in one. Every single other one that I’ve tried I’ll think to myself why doesn’t it have this or that or it would be great if they integrated this and that… timesheet literally has everything that the other apps are missing. I would legit pay way way more than what the developer is asking for this. Well done.
I have used Timepage for a couple of years, and mostly love it, but might not continue my subscription when it renews. The design and function are, overall, great; however, due to a couple of annoying things I need to keep switching to other calendar apps for things Timepage either doesn’t do or I can’t easily find how to do in the documentation. The documentation isn’t great. If I go to the Timepage help section and search, I mostly get results for the Actions app, which I don’t use or even have installed. Two main issues I have with Timepage are rescheduling events and deleting recurring events. Other calendar apps I use have a nice reschedule function to browse for a free time on a future date, then automatically move the event to that date when selected. My main annoyance with Timepage is deleting recurring events. With other calendar apps I can choose to delete the current event or the current event and all FUTURE events, which is what I want to do so that there is still a record of past events. With Timepage, after pressing the dash in the top corner, I get the choice to delete the current event or ALL occurrences of the recurring event, which also deletes the past ones. It is the only calendar app that I have used that does this. If there is the ability to only delete future events, it isn’t apparent in the app or documentation. Still giving it 4 stars for overall nice design and function, but other calendar apps seem to be meeting my needs better.
I purchased Timepage and its partner, Actions, about a month ago, after trying so many calendar apps. Most are good apps, but all are missing some feature I would like to see. I really liked Timepage from the start. Different from many apps, Timepage has ‘instructions’. Now that is refreshing! The ‘User Guide’ and ‘How To’ are well written and extensive for optimum quick use. Timepage has all of the events and to-do items in one place. A 10 second glance and you know what’s on the day’s agenda, both appointments and events, and the never-ending list of things to do right there. Actions is its partner, which emphasizes to-do items, but still shows the events on that calendar. They communicate with the speed of lightning. You can use just Timepage without Actions, but the two are great together. In addition, the bright colors make it all very nice to look at. I strongly suggest using the trial period for both Timepage and Actions, so you can see all they do and how they integrate so well. I made a feature request of event times showing on the Timepage month view calendar. Several days later in an update, event times were instituted into the iPad month view calendar. I could see why that might not work well on the much smaller iPhone. So, I’m happy then to just look at the week view. No cIicks to make, just slide a finger. I could not believe how the developer was so receptive and quick with an update. I have communicated with them a couple of times...quick knowledgable responses. I like that!
Thank you so much - it's lovely to hear that you're enjoying our apps so much! 🥰
