    I was study from the app and everything is fine, But unfortunately I have some issues that I can't do one of the final test in level 10 unit 1 meeting, I tried to answer the question but the send icon didn't work so I stuck in the unit! I ask the fix the issue but they don't care!!! They just advice me to study in the PC only! The iPad version of the app is ok I think but the iPhone version is the worst, also all my studying in unit 1 chapter 4 all training didn't sync with the service! In the PC account i see I didn't study anything of those chapters! And waste my time to study it again from the PC.للاسف حصلت معي مشكلة في المستوى ١٠ الوح��ة الاولى في القسم ٥ المهمة النهائية مشكلة حيث ان التطبيق لا يقبل الاجابة نهائياً! للاسف تم التحدث عن الدعم لكن بلا فائدة (اذا اخذو فلوسك انسى الدعم وواضح تطبيق الجوال مهمل تماماً مقارنة بتطبيق الايباد والنسخة الكمبيوتر الشخصي) للاسف نصحوني بتكلمة الدراسة عن طريق الكمبيوتر الشخصي متجاهلين تماماً مشكلتي في الجوال الايفون، للاسف يوم فتحت نسخة الكميبيوتر الشخصي حصلت كل الموجود في القسم الرابع لم يتم التزامن مع السيرفر رغم محاولات التزامن التي بائت بالفشل! يعني لازم اعيد كل الي ماسجل بالسيرفر واضيع وقتي بدراسة شيء قمت بدراسته مسبقاً كما انصح عدم التعامل مع ايوب عبدالحق يهتم فيك اثناء التسجيل لكن اذا دفعت للاسف ترتبط معه وانسى يرجع يتصل عليك! للاسف مرة وحدة رجع يتصل علي والباقي ساحب علي 😤

  • Horrible customer service

    I would like to warn everyone who will decide to use their service that they are literally cheating their customers. I have signed up for their FREE trial service (despite the fact that this is supposedly a free trial they charged $65 from my CC) to get acquainted with the concept of the program and when I decided sign out (in 5 days) they referred that I have to pass 5 hour education course in order to get my money back (which is in my opinion stupid). When I passed 5 hours I tried to reach their customer service through emails and phone but nobody answered. Also, I do not know why but when I reached their office by phone there is only Spanish speaking voice machine (I do not speak Spanish). So, I don’t recommend their course, thick twice before pay any money.

    I have to admit that I found the app very useful, specially when I’m so tired that I don’t even want to touch my computer, but there are two areas that you guys must improve. First, the videos for every lesson: it would be really appreciate if we could see the videos in horizontal mode (full screen) in our phones, and please if you can enable the subtitles (that’s a plus). Second, when I reached an exercise where I have record my voice, I cannot listen to the feedback (my own voice recorded) as it happens in the website. I’ll be waiting for the next update.

  • Every time looking for real teachers and they say private lessons are not available

    I have enrolled for on Black Friday! I used it for 2 days and it’s not something new! I found it very boring. After one month they took $49 automatically without letting me know! Btw, they kept sending me notifications about new lessons waiting for you lab lab labh but when it comes to payment they didn’t send something about automatically payment. I really feel so upset about that.

    This app is user friendly, very clean and friendly colors. I'm learning English everyday day. Ef has very affordable prices and the course are enjoyable. I highly recommended. I only wish to take group classes in my cellphone.

  • Awful service!

    The quality of services is far from what they promised and your expect. They can’t help even with simple issue and you can’t cancel because of awful service you need to pay even more to quit. It’s illegal to operate your business like this in the U.S. and because of this awful service and useless customer support I’m gonna dispute it with my bank. Nice work EF
