I thought you should know. That because your hourly and daily gifts are so low that many players have decided to play on the gsn app. The games are similar but the gifts are much higher. Most people including my family and friends would rather play on this one. But can’t for more then few minutes because no coin.. hopefully you change that feature for the better very soon. You’re losing players.

All pretty much very realistic. The only thing I don’t like they keep saying there’s more on the way in the poker area. I’ve been on this for almost 8+years and haven’t gotten any new games I don’t play bingo and I don’t like the new payouts on the slots. You took away my best one deal or no deal. Bring it back.

I’ve been playing this for over 10 yrs off and on. This last year there have been lots of great updates, however the payout & jackpots have been reduced, in addition to the period of time to receive a medallion and 5 day payout. This had happen, too but not to the point I can’t play. The Phoenix doesn’t hit at all! Do I need to purchase in order to change my luck? I have in the past, but not for this reason. I’m close to leaving.

Games by other developers such King shot,Clash royale and Block Bash turn off the sound for Grand Casino and the only way to get it back is rebooting. This happens on my I-pad and I-phone both I’ve tried to contact these companies personally by was unable to get thru probably because I will not download these games. I’ve enjoyed Grand Casino for ages but if I have to reboot every time then it’s time to delete and move on. I don’t know if others have been having issues like this but enough is enough if you can help great . Oh! I had same problem on Candy Crush with King Shot advertising the one time it appeared there but haven’t seen the as since.

I really like the bingo games. But you want a large amount of money for small amount of chips. You don’t win very often. And when you win it’s small.. you are playing a good amount at one time but win a lot less the your amount of spin.. you need to change to compete with others casino games.. I don’t understand why you charge so much for coins. When you pay out so little. You need to change the winnings for the amount you want people to pay. Other games don’t charge like you guys. You have good games. But no winners. NOT GOOD 🤨

First, it just forced me to do the new update to play, which is BS. I've always had the option, and did it on my own time. (And I hate updates, since they're never anything but issues.) So, I do it, and at first, it just wouldn't do the update, multiple times, then it finally did, and now the app keeps closing when it gets to the opening 'Grand Casino' logo. Tried it ten times. Reset my phone. Definitely not gonna reinstall because I don't want to lose the millions I've acquired. Second, I've always been P.O.'d by the fact that I've won big many times, because I always play big, and 1/10 times, it doesn't actually deposit my winnings. Which is just as well, complete BS. I've been playing this game for a long, long time. It's one of my favorites to pass time with. However, the second I stumble across another casino game of quality, I am surely deleting this one. I have had it with the constant issues. I might just delete now, since I can't even open it any way. I also feel that the lose/win ratio was fair at first, for quite a while actually, and then all of sudden I couldn't win to save my life. I literally just went on and on for a couple hours one day just to see if I'd ever get a win, and I'll just say, I quit playing before I did. So.. They're definitely trying to force players to spend actual money, long before they should need to. It's unfortunate. I use to tell everyone about Grand being the best casino game in the AppStore.
