In January, my goal was to meet my goal of 15 days. The bottom of the goal then said 25 days. The days number was kept. I contacted you and was told that the differences were being corrected in the next update. It is not the end of February. I was not given credit for making my goal in January. The app has been updated. I am missing my badge for January. Please help.

I really like this app. But because I installed it for use on my Apple Watch I had to deduct a star because the complication rarely updates and often shows zero steps. Only after tapping on the complication to open the app on my Watch several times will the complication FINALLY update and show my step count. This has been the case for several years so I have to believe something fundamental is preventing the developers from addressing the problem. Frustrating.

Love the app. If you added in ability to customize step goal per day and made that feature $1 or $2 per month I would probably pay for that. I think you guys need a more tiered subscription system with small features having a small cost per month (but I know that can be complicated to implement.) Keep up the great work!

Ive been using this app since 2016. The only feature i wish it had was a halfway point turn-around notification. With that, it would be perfect. Lets say i want to hit 7,000 steps. So, i could set to at that and when I go for my walk, it tells me when Im at the halfway point so I know to turn around and walk back. Other than that, its a nice app.

12/25 update: The free gift offer is becoming a bit obnoxious. I’ve accepted the gift many many times, used it, and it keeps popping up. Make it stop! It is in impossible to kid yourself about how active you been on a particular day when the results are presented to you graphically. I also find it motivating to see that I am not meeting my goals.

I have used this app since May 2018 accumulating over 24M steps. I lost all my data when the icon changed to wheelchair mode for no fault of mine. I could not change it. I tried to get help but I was never contacted. They had a major glitch and won’t fess up to it. Blah, blah, blah Update September 2024- the app crashed again losing all data. Again no support
