It is easy to access photos across devices and anywhere you travel. The only downside is that I have video saving OFF, yet it continues to try and load them. So then I keep getting notices that I need to buy more memory because of the videos that it keeps trying to load, despite the fact that I have turned off save videos... Customer Service had no answers.

I really appreciate this app and allow me to transfer all of my photos from my new phone my own phone. But I really wish it had a feature for you to search just like it has on regular Apple photos search photos and have people that are frequently in my photos easy to search and I can name them. That’s all I want besides that it’s perfect. It’s just hard to find old photos just based on the date and month.

Photos from my phone are able to be shown on my tv screen while in stand by. Unlike deleting a photo from your phone and it being deleted from the cloud, the photo in the photos app will not be deleted. When a photo from years ago shows up on my tv screen, I check the date it was taken, showing in the corner of the screen, then find it by date in the app.

We need an option so we can erase distracting items much like Google, Samsung, and Apple now they all can do it way better and you don’t even have an option at all. You’re falling behind. Please give us an option please I can guarantee it would be better than both googles and Samsung. please bring something that’s way more better than all of those please and thank you amen.

It was a bit hard to believe that I could get unlimited photo storage here. But I recently got a new phone and didnt want to pay for more iCloud storage. Downloaded this app and over 9,000 photos and videos were uploaded and I now have that peace of mind from my baby’s first year. I can also easily download photos from any device if I want to get them printed. Very happy!

I love this app. I use it to store all my photos and memories. 1 feature I wish they would implement is a feature that Google Photos has which is “safely delete photos on your device”. Where it will delete all the selected photos and delete them from your device but keep them on your backup on the app. I love that feature on G photos and I wish it will be added on here too.

If u need extra storage, this App is for you, store all your photos & videos here, I use this a lot, I can go way back & retrieve old photos & reuse them again and again @ a low cost each month, totally worth it! Save all ur creations here, never lose those special pics & videos, honestly there is no better App out there, u totally won’t regret it!

I have a lot of photos I would like to be able to actually sort them and in their own folder so that they’re out of the main gallery because you can separate them, but they’re still in the main gallery which to me is kind of pointless especially if I wanted to see those specific kind of photos

This app is fantastic. Hold on my pictures. Keep them safe. Easy to download them back to your camera roll. If you need them also option to back up only the ones that you want to. It doesn’t have to be everyone every time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this app for years,, it never lets me down and always back up my photos and video,, even when I forget to back them up.. it has saved me numerous times of switching phones/ devices etc. it always had all my memories right there when needed.
