I have been awakened now 5 times in the middle of the night by the app just randomly playing from where I was watching earlier in the night. I can’t even guess how it is happening and it is super frustrating as it has also awoken my baby.

Really poor performance. The apps I purchased disappear from my list, and I can’t load lessons, it just gives an error message. I have a lot of classes I purchased outside of a subscription, too. I can usually find them in the browser, but on the app, if I search them, they show up as available for purchase, despite already having purchased them and completed a number of lessons. Out of 16 courses, only allows me to see 7, and none of those in my learning will load. The app is junk. Zero stars.

It seems this past year the developers stopped working on it. So much so that I can’t even purchase courses at all. The featured page is completely black, which are things that seem to cost you guys money. Right?I don’t know if this is a sign of a buy out or merger to a bigger company that doesn’t care. But you guys can do better than this. Put out the update everyone needs. Thanks.

They have gone down hill the last couple years. Great deals but once you buy a course it takes time (days) to process and then you still might not get the course after they have processed your payment. It’s a headache and I don’t understand why it takes so long to receive a digital product after they have taken your money. Great for learning once you actually get the course

I have had to open and close and delete and reload the app many times. Will not allow to download materials. I had to complete remove and reinstall only to find all completed courses showing 0 completed so stuck using web version. Possible bug?…
