I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of DailyArt compels me to break my habit. Every day the viewer is treated to a new art piece, with great variety day to day. The day’s art is combined with an informative recounting of the artist, the piece and the context. Unbelivably there are also usually links to other works. I use this app as a daily devotion to the beauty of creativity - it provides me deep joy. Highly recommended.

Loved art history when I was in college, and this app helps fuel that old passion. The annual subscription is not too pricy (about $30) and the free version still provides a daily example of art from around the world. If you want a distraction from all the bull$&@! Goin on in the world, and want to look at something beautiful, this app is well worth the download.

i am loving this app so far. having the widget on my home screen to see art every day has been fantastic. a simple joy to the every day mundane!!! i especially love the free aspect, maybe one day i’ll pay for premium but having the daily art for free is incredibly wonderful!!!!! i hope that part never goes away (like how NYT locked the Mini Crossword…..)

Art history continues to remind me of who we are as people of who I am as a person and my feelings as a person I am drawn to express to out loud myself and others self expression is an important communication skill. I continue to improve on thank you for sharing your daily dose of art history. I am learning I am living. I am remembering.
