  • Frequently just won’t order

    Often it seems it just won’t accept payment. The payment doesn’t go through. Sometimes, it doesn’t seem to do anything. It just sits there. Other times, it seems to eventually time out. Someone at the local restaurant told me the problem was using Discover Card, but I changed my payment method, and it didn’t make any difference. The message in the app is “Almost there… Don’t close the app yet.” But after waiting several minutes, there really is not option but to close the app and try again.

  • Works fine with some hiccups.

    App works fine when ordering off the regular menu everything is easy to read and simple enough. But app constantly crashes every time look at the Online exclusives section. Went online to see if anyone has that issue, but no luck. Running on iOS 26 on an iPhone 16 pro. Again only when looking at the online exclusives section. I can still order them from the basic combo menu. Just not the Online exclusives section.

    PLEASE fix taking the audio sounds off when the phone/device is on vibrate. it’s beyond annoying that when i place an order, my music stops to let the bell ring, and then it still take another 2-3 seconds after the bell sound is done for my music or videos/media to start again. it’s so annoying that i’ve slowed down on mobile orders to stop that sound from playing. Fairly great app, it does make it super easy to re order favorites etc.

  • No meat Fridays

    It’s a small thing, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to be charged 35 cents to make a potato soft taco on any other offer besides the byo lux box. Can we have an option where we can just have a potato soft taco on other lux options instead of having to manually write it out? I can’t eat meat on Wensday and Fridays and want to be able to have a little more flexibility because of that. Just a quality of life adjustment is all

  • Amazing store and people

    Ive had an amazing experience at the canton tacobell, the people there are amazing, Jane, Esmeralda, Emilee, Curtis, and Dakota, I’ve seen them run around the store to make sure everything is done correctly, the store itself is always clean looking and the staff just try to make everyone happy! 10/10 would go there again and buy food! Food always came out amazing!!

  • Doesn’t function at all

    The app never works. It either never displays a cart for you to check out or the payment never goes through. Also the rewards never work. I have deleted the app and logged out multiple times and nothing. I lost rewards because how poor the app functions
