I’ve been using this app for a good while now, and find it to be a stable platform. I can find everything I need in one place, unlike a credit union app I had been using. They required a second app just to check my credit card. Not very helpful. When I need help, I can get support locally, rather than outsourced. Definitely a plus! The app only gets buggy when they’re doing updates in the overnight hours from time to time, and they most often let you know.

I am not fully a member or customer of US Bank but my insurance company selected to use their services to deposit my mileage reimbursement onto a US Bank prepaid debit card. My payments are always processed and paid the very next day at the same time. I have not had one issue and I have been using them for nearly a year. The app is easy to use and user-friendly. I have considered opening an actual bank account with them and very well may do that in the near future.

At first I was hesitant about banking on line, but it’s been so easy. The best services I haven’t taken advantage of, but all the services USBank offers. I would not have taken the time to check stuff out if not for this site. Things I probably would not of thought of; services like advise on savings and all kinds of stuff. I Love this App. It is easy and it does everything I need done . One of the reasons I have been with US Bank after my bank was picked up by US Bank is because the online banking, including the App, are pretty amazing and they are consistently reliable. I probably wouldn’t have picked US Bank when my previous bank was going away just because I was unfamiliar with the bank. However after a few years with US BANK I wouldn’t consider changing banks. They rock.

They all are like family, treat you with a smile and care for you like you are the only one they need to serve! I feel very secure with the entire bank itself, if you have any questions, the local branch and cooperate makes you feel the same! Any charge that is not familiar is checked! I’ve had several for a small amount of money charged was denied, found they were fraudulent and saved me from a terrible mess, thank you for being you! Blessings to you each caring individuals!

I use this app every day. I use it multiple times a day. I've engaged with its iterations for years. It's always improving and the improvement are genuine. They don't change what I like before. Just get more. It's probably the second most used app on my phone. I do all my business personal and professional through it. I've been with U.S. Bank since it came on the scene. As far as I know back in the early 90s I love how they've modernized can't say it enough, but I think I've said too much.

I am loving this app. It is so easy to deposit a check on my phone and I love the way I can get notified when I make a purchase. It helps me keep my checkbook up to date and nothing forgotten. So far security has been great. I don’t have to worry. I recommend US bank to my friends all the time. This app is very convenient for me since I live 30 minutes away from the nearest location. I travel quite frequently and I always have access to my bank any time of day! I love it.

Bing, bang, boom and you’re done‼️‼️Could not be simpler. Well done. I love Zelle. So easy and convenient. I just wish there was a way for a comment to be stored on the transaction permanently so a person can view the reason for the transfer of funds. The note would have to be able to seen when you look at your past transactions online, like when you push a button to see a picture of an endorsed check (front and back) you wrote to someone. Is this a possibility?

I love how easy and fast this lets me transfer money to my daughters account while she is in college! I’ve been with US-BANK for over 13 years and I have to say the best Bank ever!! They help me when needed in such a professional and nice way! When I had questions how I can use this app they made it so easy for me that I’m very comfortable using it and it’s safe! I’d recommend this to anyone! It’s definitely a god send to have this app!! Thank you for everything you guys do! You guys rock!!
