Peacock TV is for serious TV fans. It has plenty of familiar titles: The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Saturday Night Live, Downton Abbey, Two and a Half Men, Yellowstone, The King of Queens, and Law & Order: SVU, to name a few. You’ll also find new episodes of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and kids’ shows like Curious George, as well as live coverage of Premier League soccer. Looking for wrestling? Peacock is now the home of the WWE’s new events and its giant streaming library.
If I pay a premium price for a service I don’t want to watch 90 second commercials like it’s 1982. I only have the service for certain sporting event replays and being forced to watch ads interrupts the entire flow of the viewing. Offer an ultra/super/uber/plus plus service please. Note: if I see an ad, I will go out of my way to not buy that product or use that service as it has already been intrusive inside my available timetable.
I was pleasantly surprised by Peacock. I didn't give them much thought as a streaming service. I tend to like the larger ones that I know has a large library of good, quality content. I purchased a subscription to watch the Super Bowl and as a bonus the Olympics. But in that mix, I discovered The Burbs with Keke Palmer, and I got hooked. There must be a season 2, please!! I keep exploring their category and finding some good shows. I plan to renew my subscription.

Love this service but there are moments where I’m watching a show and leave it after I finish an episode to come to it later and then coming back to it and realizing that the episode to play in my continue-watching section is 2 episodes after the episode I previously watched. It doesn’t happen a lot but it does happen and it is really frustrating, especially since this allows for people to accidentally spoil what happens later in the show for themselves.
After reviewing some of my favorite shows, Peacock has majority of what I like. I first subscribe to basic and was limited what I can watch. Kinda deceived at first, but I didn’t look at what it had offer. Then I realized I was more fit for more of an upgrade allowing me to see more options. I’m always on the move so, being able to have the app where ever I go is a perks. I can watch sports, tvs shows and classics on demand. Never was a fan of mobile app on demand but I’m liking it.
Peacock is quickly becoming one of the better streaming services. While I'm not the biggest fan of the constant subscription-ization of... well, everything... I think that Peacock does an amazing job of providing an outstanding selection and a relatively reasonable price point. Also — and I do genuinely mean this — the app itself is fantastic and I commend the developers. Very quick and responsive, always remembers right where you left off, has never crashed on, it's great!
So I like the app but what’s so annoying is if I am watching a show and It is on my continent watching list, it is hard to get to the show overview spot. It will just start playing the episode. Yes , I know there is a button that says more episodes, but it’s kind of hard to look through that. It should be easier to go to the show overview page instead of me having to search up the show. I would recommend having the title of the show link to the show overview page
