    I haven’t always been in shape if ever, but after I had my miracle daughter at 43 I knew I had to do something to get keep up with her and stay around for her. These workouts make me feel like I’m accomplishing something each time. Even if I’m not able to compete each set, I try. And I feel like each time I do one I get better at it. Thank you for the encouragement though out each workout. Helps me know that I’ll stick to it and accomplish my goals. Thank you again.

    This is the longest I’ve ever stuck it out with a workout app. There are so many options in trainers and that list just continues to grow. When o get bored and need a new challenge, I switch trainers for a six week challenge or deload period. I’m going on 3 years of paying for the yearly subscription (which I never do in case I get bored and decide to change after a month) and it’s the most consistent I’ve been with my fitness journey in a while. By far my favorite fitness app.

    I have never been successful at maintaining a gym routine without it being in a class setting. Ladder has changed that. The workouts are challenging and customizable so if I have to workout from home, I can switch out workouts. The app provides a level of accountability and the feeling of being part of a group, which has been helpful for me. I have noticed changes in my strength and fitness since signing up for Ladder 1 month ago. Highly recommend.

    First time ever using a workout app because I was skeptical. However, I love how customized this app is to my goals. I also feel way more accountable because I don’t want to lose my streak. I also love the group chats because so many people have the same struggles and questions. The workouts themselves are so easy to navigate/change/document your progress. The trainer talking throughout the workout says the things I need to hear to push myself.

    I love the Ladder app! There is a different workout every day and the coaches are all great. Most workouts are 30-45 min and can be done at home. But if you like being at the gym, there are workouts for there too. I love the flex workouts for when I am away from home or need something short and sweet. Keeping my “streak” going is also super motivating to me. Kept me going for 35 weeks!! I slipped up a little and am starting over, but now I have a goal to shoot for!

    The Ladder app is great for anyone looking to get in shape. I have experienced in person training for bodybuilding, by an amazing coach. Unfortunately the price wasn’t something I could do long term. I did learn a lot. After that, I was looking for something that I could use longterm for training. Coach Corey from Team Forged is by far a great trainer. I like the workouts, which honestly are very similar to what I used to do with the personal trainer. I liked this app so much I had my wife join!
