  • Terrible user experience

    @justdafacts

    Zoominfo seems to suffer from a lack of competition. Nobody else offers a comparable database of contact info. But that means nobody keeps them on their toes. The result is Zoominfo often mixed up or cuts off job titles and shows outdated work email addresses even when it catches recent job changes. Users can tolerate that—no collection of data is 100% accurate—but there’s no excuse for instability and an interface that tortures our reps. Zoominfo’s Reach-Out extension constantly logs out users and gets stuck in endless spin cycle more than 50% of the times we slide it out. Searching for an individual by name takes four clicks instead of one, plus an excess of unnecessary pop-up messages to close. Exporting a lead to a CRM also takes unnecessary clicks answering questions Zoominfo doesn’t need to ask. High-volume outreach sales teams need velocity and simplicity to win. Zoominfo has the data we need, but it slows my team down and tires us out with obstacles that don’t have to be there. Give us a search bar on the Home screen: Name, organization, search. Open the match, export. No extra clicks, no pop-ups to ex out, done. Please, Zoominfo.

  • Essential for business on-the-go

    Searching, searching...

    This is a fantastic addition to the ZoomInfo product line. It seamlessly integrates with my ZoomInfo account and allows me access to all their extensive company and contact data while I’m away from my computer or out with clients. Things I love:-Ease of finding insights on a company or a contact, especially the recent news and Scoops items. Incredibly valuable for prepping for on-site meetings.-Calendar integration works well. It will generate a “brief” for upcoming meetings that includes intel on the company and meeting participants.-Ability to export contact information from the app directly into my phone’s contacts, without having to copy and paste all that info. As things open up, this is a must-have app for anyone who uses ZoomInfo.

  • Not accurate data

    bratty014

    I typed in two businesses I was curious about and then I looked up two business I know the revenue for (businesses that friends own and that I’ve worked for) and they were nowhere near accurate. It said my friends business earned $937,000 when it earned about $140,000 and another business reported 4.2 million earnings and they earn less than a million. It just seems Ike they find out the number of employees and enter some average sum. Like if it’s 1-10 employees it’s 900-something thousand earnings.. This app is useless to me if I can’t trust the accuracy of the data.

  • Quick check game changer

    Grad with loans

    I’m on my computer a lot for work being remote, but it feels great knowing I’m ready if I have an idea while I’m on the go, or need to check details for client meetings. It’s actually been super thorough for meeting insights, helping me prep for my buyer and learn about the company’s history in like 20 seconds.

  • Great prospecting tool

    Shg4536357

    This is the best prospecting tool I’ve used in 20 years of sales. I’m finding the contacts are 90% accurate when matched to social media networks. The technologies section provides insight into each prospect’s IT environment. The only negative is that I don’t feel the insights are very useful.

  • The launch screen in newest update

    Go Big Red JR

    It clearly requires a button to go to use the application. The problem, the button below doesn’t show and the privacy and terms and conditions hyperlink both are partial cut off and all that shows. Big fail, mobile UX team.I talked to support and they assured me it would me tested, updated, and would work… the problem… a new update and it still doesn’t go past the launch screen.
