The graphics are really good, and they have cartoon characters that you can play as. You have parties, or 1v1s, and get to face random people in mini games, whenever you win a mini game, you earn points. At the end, the person with the most points wins. It is really fun with family, and I have fun watching and experiencing the crashouts, the laughs, and the skill. Would really recommend to people who has a family. And if you don’t, maybe you can make one here too.

This game is super fun to play with family, solid controls, almost no bugs, and the high quality mini games- that’s what I want more of. There are 14 mini games to play and I feel underwhelmed when I see the list, of course they are super fun and all, but when playing with your family and playing multiple games, you start to feel how little games there are to play.In the first hour I’ve played the game, I felt like I had played each game over 50 times- that’s also a grudge I have with the game. The mini games are repetitive, by that I mean the games don’t change as you play them, when you start playing a game you go through all the stuff the said game has to offer at once, the game, “Super Dangerous Science Job” is collecting these orbs while pushing others into the goo- that’s it. Similar to the game, “Penguin Plop” you have to jump over various sea animals as well as seagulls, and it doesn’t change.I’m going to wrap up my review here so SMMP is a great game, with fun but repetitive gameplay- and only 14 games to play.

I absolutely love this game. I play it most of the time and I unlocked practically everything the game has to offer. I'm kind of surprised the devs haven't updated anything for so long. for (1) bugs, (even though there isn't that much) (2) content, and (3) characters. For 1, there isn't that much bugs but there are some in parties that don't even count the score or automatically make someone win. For 2, after awhile, when you unlock all of the minigames, things can get pretty boring, especially if the games don't even update themselves. And for 3, I like all the characters and their aesthetic, but what I noticed is that there is only one (clearly) female character 😅, all the other playable characters are all (clearly) males, I ask that you add more characters with gender variety (male and female) and the great aesthetic all the characters have!

The best part of Super Mega Mini Party is that it actually features matchmaking, unlike similar games on Apple Arcade that expect the player to do all the legwork. This means, to my surprise, that the game is perfectly playable as advertised. It’s pretty sad that there’s any value whatsoever to pointing out the existence this feature, but that’s the fault of the platform and not the game.The game’s biggest weakness is that the rules of the games are not explained well before you get thrown into the action. Take “Penguin Plop”, for example: nowhere do the instructions mention that the penguins flutter if you hold the button down. You only learn this through observation and experimentation, after it has already put you at a disadvantage or ended the round prematurely.The game does offer you a practice mode outside of the party mode, which gives you a chance to learn the mechanics the game doesn’t teach, but there aren’t very many games here and like anything they wear out the more you play them, so putting the player in a position where they have to choose between going in blind or spoiling the content a little in single player when the game is meant for multiplayer drags things down a bit.The lighthearted sense of humor and quirky visuals are a fun element, though, so it’s at least worth a download and a few rounds of play.

This is a super fun party game with amazing graphics. All the mini games are fun and challenging. Before you go to any party, highly recommend to play the solo mode and try out each mini game to get familiar the rule and control. This is the party game which from my point of view better than those ones on NS Switch. In fact, I think this game should be launched in the traditional freemium model in all stores instead of Apple Arcade only. In this case, there will be more players can gather together and party.The only drawback I can think of for this game is it’s lacking of customization. If I can custom my ship, lunar lander and etc… which can differentiate myself from other players in the party, it would be amazing.

Super Mega Mini Party has been one of my favorite Apple Arcade games to play ever since I received my first Apple device in 2020. Everything the game has to offer—from fun, exciting minigames to collecting pet tokens on the map to get your own adorable (or not adorable..) pet—is one of my only reasons for my admiration for this game. I would give this 5 stars, but I found a tiny little bug. I’ll explain it below:When I was challenging the game’s AI to a match of Tennis 3000, I wanted to make the ball go up and down more, so then I tried to hit to ball with the left side of my paddle—or at least I TRIED. Because when that happened, the ball just froze in place and when I tried hitting it with my paddle, the ball pushed away from my paddle and all I could do was move my paddle and touch the ball with it, which makes the same sound when the ball hits your paddle. So after all that commotion, I decided to “give up” and exit the app.And that’s how I ended up here. If you can, please fix the bug I mentioned above.
