Love that i’m able to work the auction block while at work. Would give it 5 stars but a couple of things bug me. The first being that in my binder the cards that are auction can’t be seen on auction until I click them. Second that I can’t mute the sounds of clicking things. Other than that, I love it.

Glad this app finally released, as it’s better than nothing for those who want to buy or sell items on the go, but not being able to see what the items are currently selling for or have sold for makes absolutely no sense. I wish the developers would be people who actually play the game, or consult who does for testing purposes, as that could turn this app experience from usable to satisfactory.

I do appreciate the app and all. But I trying to login to my account and failing to is heartbreaking. After spending so many hours learning and perfecting my franchise only to not be allowed to login. But I do have some positive feedback on this. Ultimate Team and Franchise are better this year than with last year’s version. Keep up the great work. Hopefully for those of us having Login Issues we get some kinda patch or fix to it.

This app is an improvement from the companion apps from the past year or two, but searching the auction house and frequently changing the filters causes it to crash way too often (running on iOS). I’m also unable to look at current listings or recent sales on individual cards. It’s not unusable, but it’s close.

It’s pretty ridiculous how every time I think EA has done their worst, they find a way to stoop even lower. This game (Madden 26) came out nearly a month and a half ago. It took them a month and a half to create a companion app where rivals like 2K can make one that launches with game. It’s truly a joke, and no to mention after a month and a half of making their customer wait. The app still isn’t fully functional. There’s still bugs and glitch’s. You also can’t even use the franchise section. Arguably the most important section of the app. EA is a joke and now that they’ve stolen the NFL license until 2030 I don’t see my self buying another copy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Seriously guys.... why is it so incredibly difficult for you guys to put together a functional app? I have had to delete and reinstall this app four times just to try and clear out the fact that the only search that I can do in the auction house is for Lamar Jackson. Basically I tried to bid on a Lamar Jackson the auction ended in when I press the button to find similar it has now embedded Lamar Jackson into external search algorithm and there is absolutely no place for me to remove it. Again I have deleted and reinstalled three times it is beyond frustrating because this app has so much potential could be so useful if you did things like allow us to add cards to sets and things like that or quick sell them or sell them for training it would be fantastic you you would get a lot more usage. Also since we’re going on your three now if you could’ve figured out a way to add purchasing packs your revenue with skyrocket. But we can’t even get the simple things out of you so perhaps some time in 2035 you guys will figure some of this other stuff out.

This is the worst companion app there can be for a game. If I could, I’d rate it 0 stars. It earns that 1 star just because it’s a bit easier to buy cards through the app than it is through the actual game. You can set filters a lot easier and save searches. The searches sometimes disappear and you have to set them up again. App crashes a lot and sometimes won’t even load up so you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also bans you for no apparent reason. It sends you to a verification screen with 6 cubes to select the cube that has two identical objects 3 times. You complete this and are asked to do it again. Eventually after SUCCESSFULLY completing this several times, you get banned from accessing the Auction House for whatever period of time EA decides. They don’t even tell you how long it’s for. EA is a terrible gaming company. I really only play this game because it’s the only actual football game in the market.

Hey Team, Just wanted to say great job on the app but due to the latest update there’s a bug where it shuts my app down completely. I have an iPhone 12 Pro with the latest firmware. When it does happen is when I’m clicking on a card that has sold in my auctions to look for another one. The wheel spins and then it stops and the app shuts down completely. Hopefully you guys can figure this out soon as I use this feature to see what the current price of a card that has sold w/o searching for it and also being able to buy another and post it quickly is a huge time saver rather than clicking search and inputting all the card details. The Madden Companion App is very helpful for improving your team on the go. But, I have some suggestions that I want EA to consider.1. Trade Block: The option to post trades and make trade offers would be very convenient and many people would use it.2. Store: EA should also consider adding a store to the app because some people are not able to access their console/PC during limited store options and EA would make more money off of a store too.3. Sets: Sets would be another great addition to the companion app. I have found myself wishing that I could complete a limited time set that I forgot on the go, and haven’t been able to complete it.With all that said, the Madden Companion App is a great app overall but I hope EA considers some of my suggestions. This app is trash. There are zero redeeming qualities. IF you can get it to work, you cannot buy or list MUT players on the auction house. It has worked once for me in maybe 100 tries. You are met with “you are not an authorized ultimate team user.” When you create a ticket for EA Help they will look you dead in the face and tell you “this is the first time we’ve heard of this issue.” There are FAQ question on the EA website that have been open for 4 months with people asking about this same issue with replies from EA mods saying the exact same thing, over the course of those 4 months. EA makes so much money it’s insane and I was absolutely stunned when I downloaded this app for the first time. Do not download as it is an actual hindrance and does not help in any aspect. EA should he ashamed
