Challenge yourself to listen to something out of the ordinary from what you think you would listen to… you’ll love it! And you’ll learn something super intriguing. Keep the interesting people coming, every single video and series is worth listening too. For a time when podcasts are now over run with just people with a microphone and no actual education, this is the new place to find real professionals in their field telling their secrets, knowledge and advice.
I’ve enjoyed several of the classes. But the app is not great, especially if you are like me, and mostly want to listen to classes while you’re driving. There’s not an Apple CarPlay extension, and the audio from the app constantly stops working if I have a GPS navigating simultaneously. I’d also like to manage my subscription through my Apple account, which doesn’t seem to be an option.
Whenever I complete a class the entire app freezes on a transition screen, and the screen is different every time. I have to completely stop the app and reopen on the Home Screen.UI is pretty intuitive and the classes are decent. Would appreciate more creative classes (i.e. painting, sculpting, calligraphy, etc.) but otherwise comprehensive.

I love it. I listen/watch it daily. I’ve used the techniques taught and applied them to day to day life and it they work, specially in business. But, if you’re on an iPad or iPhone your mobile device will heat up in a matter of minutes and drain the battery. I use it sparingly when I’m out due to this.

I enjoy the classes and there’s a great variety and content added often, but the app is terrible to use. Very buggy, I have to force close it often. Also, the UX needs a lot of improvement. I don’t want a video to automatically start when I open the app, it would be nice to have a conclusion at the end of the series to know it’s done when I’m just listening and not watching, the navigation between videos and class pages need to be better, amongst other things.

Topics are too general and are great for discussions on broad topics but most don’t go deep enough. The depth doesn’t have to be with the experts, that can be done with other practitioners out topical educators/trainers. App is very difficult to deal with. Navigation isn’t intuitive, logging in is a major hassle if using a group account. When my is updates, all login details are lost. Account validation process is Byzantine.

I have been unable to login for more than a week. Log ok on macbook laptop chrome and safari. I make sure to log out to any other devices before trying on the mobile app. Fails constantly with message "unavailable to log you in through Facebook. Try again later" it's been a week and renders this subscription useless if I can not use it on my mobile device. I will revisit and reconsider this review if the issue gets fixed asap. Device iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 26.2

The platform lost most of its credibility for me when I saw that the Kardashians were giving classes. On what exactly? What could truly be useful to humanity other than how to get a rich husband or how to strategically get Plastic Surgery in order for your own bank account to be bigger. I don’t consider them having any thing of quality to contribute to humanity in anyway. In my opinion, they are bottom feeders.
The app doesn’t accept my login credentials that I confirmed are correct on the website. When I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, I logged in online, and opened the app, and it was a black screen with a gray bar at the bottom. Nothing else loaded. Separately, when the app was working the suggestions upon opening the app were generic and not tailored to what I took the time to say I was interested in. They also never changed in the month that I was able to use the app successfully.

Periodically over the years I’ve subscribed to MasterClass. I subscribed last year and did not recognize or remember an auto-renewal feature was active.This year the subscription renewed automatically and I tried to cancel within four hours of notification, but Masterclass was not willing to refund me citing their policy.Whereas I cannot argue against breaking the policy, I’ve been a repeat customer and referred others, so I expected a better customer experience. Suffice it to say, I’ll never use or refer this application again.UPDATE: the support team resolved the dispute.
