    I’ve been using the Sweat app for over a year now (new to gym workouts at the time) and resubscribed since i enjoyed it so much. I can pick programs (beg or adv) for home or my gym and they have a good selection of programs or on demand workout options. I can customize my equipment at any time, skip workout elements if needed, pause the workout for water breaks, substitute workout parts and i get clear instructions on how to do the exercises and what muscles it targets. Great app- no use issues.

    I couldn’t love this app anymore than I already do. I committed to one of their mid-year challenges. After many failed attempts at consistency in my previous workout journey I actually completed it. I’ve been working out 3-5 times a week ever since - coming up on two years now. Thank you, Sweat for changing my life. If you’re looking for a sign to do something different with your life, body, and soul this is it! Do it!❤️🙌❤️

    I’ve used the sweat program on and off for 8 years now. I participated in the original launch of the app and took off because I started to marathon train. Then came back after to continue to maintain endurance and strength. I’ve returned time and time again because of the inclusivity of all abilities, pace, and results. I’m so excited to see there are pregnancy plans as I am starting family planning.

    I’ve been using this app for 4 years now! I’m a consistent busy mom but working out has been an outlet for me since before I became a mom. This allows me to hit all my target areas without me having to work to create my workout routine. I love that there is pregnancy, postpartum and challenges that build each week! Plus food ideas and options! Overall I’d recommend this app to anyone!

    This app has a plethora of workout options for you to select. I absolutely love the flexibility it offers as well as the scheduling capabilities. Also, if you decide to do a workout outside of the app such as biking, you can still log it into the app to keep track of your fitness. Likewise, if you’re in a rush, they offer express workouts! My favorite workout app by far, there are so many good things to say.

  • My brain!

    I live to show up and not have to think about a workout or a plan! It’s already done. I use my brain power all day and this is exactly what I needed to stay consistent with a plan that fits my fitness goals and lifestyle. Great if I can do more and there are plenty of options. I’m 6 weeks in and I’m loving also being able to adjust with my cycle with less strenuous modifications.
