The app is pretty decent and i would love ❤️ to see more uneek features to further help us when it comes to business and helping us in many other ways! 🤔💭 but my problem is Google taking a chunk of are paycheck 💰 i understand you guys are trying to be suscessful but i feel like you should respect your community that has help you and that also uses your app. Cause from the reviews i see the app is not very user friendly and not quite easy to understand or navigate but i still see potential that it can become great 👍 2. And lastly you guys should do something that helps creators even more not just money wise but helps them on there social media platforms like more likes and followers or something to help get there name out there more 🔎 Thxs for reading 📖

If you only want your brand name publicized and not your legal name then don’t ever pay for a google ad. Even with your brand name they require official legal documents from a government agency. Total BS! They know good and well channel names can be brands and most of the time won’t have that official documentation especially being smaller or newer creators. Basically unless you have some official legal documents that overbearing big brother has on file then you will have to use your legal name which is an invasion or privacy and inviting people to doxx you and YOU actually pay for it! Smdh! Good thing I cancelled my google ads accounts and removed my payment method before my ad went live. Never again. Just promote your content yourself! Get a decal for your car with your socials on it, knock on doors, create fliers. Anything but giving this giant of a company anymore money. Whoever created this “transparency” policy needs to be put in the trash. ZERO STARS!

Honestly, just terrible program. All around. They will take your money and not give you an explanation as to why(if they do it’s the most broad bullsh ever), they use an ai response system which takes you no where every time.They will suspend your account when their ai system messes up, they won’t answer for weeks at a time, they couldn’t care less about your business. They literally just want you to keep spending money brainlessly.I spent close to 5grand on all my businesses and they all have fallen short of expectations that google assured me I would get.90% of my business at this point comes from real life transactions. Will be canceling all of my google ads and google accounts. Don’t even waste your time if you’re new into the marketing world.Go find another ad manager and find one that actually uses real humans who care, not a company that send all its work to an ai bot and or some third world country to take advantage of the cheap labor.I’ve spent close to 20hours and multiple weeks trying to get all my businesses approved and or unsuspended.Horrible program and horrible customer service.

Google ads customer service and app is horrible! Previously I had used google ads for years with no issues. After they updated it immediately went down hill. It keeps asking you to verify your account after they've sent you an email saying that you've been approved. The mean girls who answer the phone will hang up on you or forward your call to a dead end and you will never be able to communicate with anyone. They will tell you that only a few people work in the google ads expert team and they're not available to answer the phone. So you're telling me that google is a billion dollar company and billions of business use google ads but they only have 3 expert's available to answer your phone call? Next you try to set up chat and you will get the error message and again no one is able to answer your chat. Don't even think about emailing, that's not going to work. Finally someone on chat picks up to only tell you what you already know that your account isn't working and THEY have to email someone who can help you?!? I would like to know how many billions of dollars that google ads is receiving from businesses yearly and I'd like to know why the customer service for my TV is better than this company!!! The only reason why I use google is because believe it or not, yelp is worse! I'm so sick of these predatory companies knowing we desperately need their services and them laughing at as when they hang up on us! After MONTHS of frustration !!

Google ads is GARBAGE I placed an ad that was highly targeted to USA only presence traffic, go to bed at 1 o’clock in the morning woke up seven hours later with 300 clicks on my ad and almost 4000 impressions and five sign ups for my website all four names and all get rejected on the applications because they are international applicants then I paused my campaign, because obviously I was getting spam clicks even though my optimization score was 100 and my audience was highly targeted so after I paused my campaign, I got a message at the top of my screen, saying my campaign ads are no longer showing low and behold it’s been almost 3 hours since I canceled my campaign and ironically, I’m still getting clicks even though no campaign is showing and then they charged $50 to my card for their spam clicks, and my cost is still going up even though my campaign is canceled Google is a scam no other way to explain why I’m still getting fake clicks. On a campaign that is no longer running for over three hours now and in those three hours I’ve gotten another 20+ clicks. That I’m having to pay for that or not legit just like the other 300 I got overnight that was supposed to be USA targeted traffic. Do not waste your time or money with them and I am putting this review on every platform. Then I wrote them an email hours ago about what’s going on and big surprise no response.
