Ten stars! I had Evernote but only use this now. I started to use it for for proof of insurance and just-in-case disaster recovery if my house burned to the ground and to keep photos and the receipts for jewelry, furniture and stuff in the house. But when I added vehicles it told me of recalls on it which I was not aware. Receipts fade over time or get lost. But after using this for a while then I understood what’s it’s really for. Everything! I’ve got my pets and even my eye glasses prescriptions as well as reminders for household things like lawn and garden maintenance schedules and more. When I buy something I immediately add it here. Paint color for rooms, and the types of sheen are all recorded and attached to the rooms in my house. Love this app. Simple.

I really wanted to like this app, but it’s just not practical. The interface is confusing, things don’t sync properly, and basic tasks take way too many steps. I kept running into glitches and missing features that should be standard by now. After trying to make it work for a few weeks, I finally gave up and deleted it. There are better, smoother options out there

Hi Cedarcapital. We're also disappointed. Itemtopia supports syncing across devices and sharing your account other people when you are logged in with the correct (same) account. You can even control what others can see and do. In fact, thousands of people rely on those features daily. We appreciate and understand the app may not be the right fit for everyone, but we appreciate you giving it a try.
Big changes and not good for me

The interface has changed dramatically and basically has made it useless to me as an app. It may be because the changes haven’t been explained to me, but some basic functions seemed to have disappeared and I am unable to find them no matter what I do. This is a IT person with 40+ years experience. May up dumping my records and finding another app that meets my simplistic needs.
