Add Camera2ExtensionsVendorExtender and Camera2ExtensionsSessionProcessor to provide Camera2Extensions info - Add SessionProcessor#getCorrespondingCamera2ExtensionMode to let camera-camera2-pipe-integration know whether it should go with the Camera2 Extensions approach - Add Camera2ExtensionsVendorExtender and Camera2ExtensionsSessionProcessor to retrieve the necessary info from CameraExtensionCharacteristics - ExtensionsInfo will use Camera2ExtensionsVendorExtender to provide the extensions related info when it should use Camera2 Extensions Note: - When API level is 31 or above and configImplType is PIPE, only the extension modes supported by Camera2 Extensions API will be allowed to be enabled. - CameraExtensionsInfo, CameraExtensionsControl and getRealtimeCaptureLatency implementations are not included in this CL Bug: 403194855 Test: ./gradlew camera:camera-extensions:build && ./gradlew camera:camera-extensions:connectedAndroidTest Change-Id: I9c186f9ae004003bb0e6e5cfb2668761b5f2a9c5

Jetpack comprises the androidx.*
package libraries, unbundled from the platform APIs. This means that it offers backward compatibility and is updated more frequently than the Android platform, making sure you always have access to the latest and greatest versions of the Jetpack components.
Our official AARs and JARs binaries are distributed through Google Maven.

Our continuous integration system builds all in progress (and potentially unstable) libraries as new changes are merged. You can manually download these AARs and JARs for your experimentation.
Before uploading your first contribution, you will need setup a password and agree to the contribution agreement:

AndroidX uses git to store all the binary Gradle dependencies. They are stored in prebuilts/androidx/internal
and prebuilts/androidx/external
directories in your checkout. All the dependencies in these directories are also available from google()
, or mavenCentral()
. We store copies of these dependencies to have hermetic builds. You can pull in a new dependency using our importMaven tool.
