    I had a wired Apple Car Play in the Honda Amaze. At times, we forget to disconnect the phone while getting out and it was a bit inconvenient. The wires are messy and may tangle around in the glass holders or things like that. Jio Car Sync is a great replacement. It is very small and lightweight. Fits well into the USB socket for the car play. It is very easy to pair with your phone and syncs your contacts and phone well. The maps, music, calls, WhatsApp, Messages, Amazon Music or whatever you need can be played without any difficulty. Great thing about it is that you can use the car steering controls seamlessly. A wonderful thing to have. Using for over a month without any difficulty or any issues. I have tried using it with Apple iPhone and Android phones without any difficulty with any. One more thing, while using the wired connection, all the apps don't seem to appear on the screen compared to JioCarSync which displays additional apps too, specially apple music.

    Auto connection takes 10s and battery drain is normal. There’s a bit of lag in call volume but nothing critical.

    After searching for wireless connectivity options for Android Auto for a while, JioCarSync came out as the perfect answer, for those looking for a connectivity upgrade without burning a hole in the pocket. Some key observations:

    - Initial connection was a bit tricky though, as Wireless Android Auto was not enabled. But after the initial setup, the phone seamlessly connects everytime to the car head unit without a hitch.

    - There are no noticeable lags or connection drops, once connection is established.

    - While connected to Android Auto over wireless, charging is also supported through USB port, provided the Charging Only USB mode is selected on the phone.

    - Built into a small form factor, the JioCarSync provides both USB A and C type connectivity (through A type to C type converter), allowing setup for wider range of cars.

    The JioCarSync worked like a charm for the first few weeks. Setup was easy, the metal build feels premium, and the convenience of going wireless with CarPlay is genuinely great — no more plugging in the cable every time I get in the car.

    However, after about a month of use, I've started experiencing random music pauses — like sudden hiccups during playback. It happens multiple times during a drive and it's quite annoying, especially on calls or while navigating. I've tried reconnecting and restarting, but the issue keeps coming back.

    The hardware and concept are solid, but if the software/connection isn't reliable long-term, it defeats the purpose. Hoping a firmware update fixes this. For now, it's a 3-star from me — good potential, needs better stability.

    Great product. I have earlier tried another brand for wireless apple car play. The product was a failure. This one works like a charm in My Kia Seltos. 100% satisfied with the product. Takes around 10 secs to connect. And it connects every single time smoothly without any interference. The transmission of sound is good without any loss or lag. The product is small in size, so hardly noticeable. I would recommend this product for converting wired car play to wireless option.

    I got a defective piece that doesn’t work with Exter or Ertiga. I also didn’t receive the tape. Seems the item was used so I got another one.

    I tested with On Android phones like onepkus and Nothing. The Android Auto interface was good but the phone does get heated up and the battery of the phone gets drained quickly .

    I tested on my iPhone and the Apple Car play experience is much better. The battery drain is minimal and the phone heating issue is not there.

    These are early days so the product is pretty useful. However, most cars will ship with wirelessly Android Auto and Car Play and this product will get redundant soon.
