1.What is the 10% SBI Credit Card EMI Offer ("Offer")? a. Offer on payment with SBI Credit Card EMI
b. Minimum transaction amount excluding ineligible products, refunds and exchange discounts is INR 5000 on Mobiles, Appliances, TV, Furniture, Electronics, Fashion, Home Kitchen and Furniture categories.
c. Offer and Maximum Savings as below:
d. The minimum Transaction for each of the specified categories needs to be met for the customer to be eligible for the respective discount.
e. Customer can avail 10% instant discount in single transaction as long as minimum Transaction value is met for the transactions.
f. The Maximum discount is Rs. 3,250 per transaction on Credit Card EMI during the entire offer period.
g. Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted against the instant discount amount.
- What is the minimum transaction size for the discount for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail the Instant Discount is INR 5,000 in a single transaction on Amazon.in, net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations.
3.What if I cancel my order? The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.
4.Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance? No, instant bank discount is not applicable if part payment is made using Amazon Pay Balance.
5.Can I place multiple orders using SBI Credit cards and still get the Instant discount? Yes, you can avail instant discount on multiple orders till you exhaust the respective limits of the Cards. However, please note that each transaction must meet the respective minimum value for you to get the 10% instant discount.
Is Discount under this Offer applicable on both Credit and Debit cards? This discount is available only on SBI Credit Card EMI transaction. Offer is NOT valid on 1) Debit Cards 2) Netbanking and 3) Payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment option.
Can I avail discount on EMI? Yes, the discount under this Offer is only applicable on Credit Card EMI. Down payment EMI and Debit Card EMI transactions are not eligible for the discount.
Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI? Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both.
I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why? For purchases made using “Card on delivery” transactions and Net Banking transactions, you will not get the benefit of the instant discount. Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.
My Amazon.in order includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for an Instant Discount under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
No, the discount under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of:
· Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non Amazon branded)
· All types of Prepaid Recharges (Mobile, DTH, Google Play, Subscriptions, Cable TV, Metro and any other type of prepaid recharge
· All types of Bill Payments
· Digital Gold purchases and sales
· Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program

My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the discount under this Offer? If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. Are add-on cards eligible for the offer? Yes, each add-on card will be treated as a separate card and they will be eligible for the offer.
Are corporate and business cards eligible for the offer? No, corporate and business cards issued by SBI Credit Card are not eligible for the offer. Terms and Conditions 1. This offer ("Offer") is provided to you by SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (formerly known as “SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited”) (“SBICPSL”) and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and made available on the website www.amazon.in, the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in"). It is open to all legal residents of India holding a valid and current SBI/Tata Credit Card (“Cardholder”).
2. All SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Card, Paytm SBI Credit Card, Flipkart SBI Credit Card and Cashback SBI Credit Card are covered under this Program(“Card”). Offer is not valid on RuPay Credit Card transactions done via UPI.
3. The offer is valid from 00:00 hrs 18th August 2026 to 23:59 hrs, 31st August 2026 for all customers unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability. (“Offer Duration”).
4. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Duration, makes any purchase of an eligible product from Amazon.in and makes the payment using the Card, will be entitled to receive 10% Instant Discount on SBI Credit Card EMI transactions as per the below table, provided the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 5,000 for all categories on a per transaction basis. 1. The minimum Transaction for each of the specified offer needs to be met for the customer to be eligible for the respective discount. 2. Customer can avail both 10% instant discount (Base offer) and Bonus Offer(s) in single transaction as long as minimum Transaction value is met for each of the transactions. The Maximum discount (including Bonus Offer) per transaction is Rs. 3250 for SBI Credit Card EMI transactions.
3. The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange (wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of product(s) by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 5,000. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 5,000 such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
4. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products:

· Some products may be eligible for the Instant Discount offer but may be excluded from the Bonus offer. Please check product page for eligibility details. 5. The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the 'Card on Delivery' payment option.
6. The Offer is only valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers. Downpayment EMI transactions are not eligible for the Offer.
7. In case there are multiple items in a purchase order, the item-wise savings/discount may vary. However, the overall savings/discount on the purchase order will be equivalent to maximum savings / discount the Cardholder is eligible for under this Offer.
8. As per Rewards Terms & Conditions, Reward points accrued on offer eligible transactions will be forfeited. Reward points will be forfeited for all transactions done during offer period and considered for Offer computation. At the time of forfeiture in case the Cardholder has inadequate Reward Point balance, then an amount equivalent to Reward Points to be Forfeited will be debited from the Cardholder’s account. Effective offers launched from 01 December 2023, reward points forfeiture will be done within 90 days of Cashback posting date for Cashback offers. In case of Instant Discount offers, reward points forfeiture will be done within 6 months of end of offer month. For example, an Instant discount offer ends on 15th December 2023. In this case, end of offer month will be 31st December 2023. Hence, Reward Points forfeiture will happen after 31st December 2023 and before/on 30th June 2024.
9. This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
10. Amazon and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
11. Amazon and SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
12. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
13. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
14. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI/TATA Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
15. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards, Paytm SBI Credit Card, Flipkart SBI Credit Card and Cashback SBI Credit Card.
16. This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
17. Any queries/issues relating to discount / benefits under this Offer will be entertained by the SBICPSL & Amazon only till September 5th, 2026. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that SBICPSL and Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). SBICPSL shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
