Note:

  • All Prime Eligible items are Fulfilled by Amazon with added free fast delivery benefits, depending on the Prime membership plan you have chosen.
  • Guaranteed One-Day, Two-Day, Same-Day, No-Rush, Morning, and Scheduled Delivery are only offered in select cities and available only on eligible items, based on the Prime membership plan you have chosen. To know more, refer Amazon Prime Shipping Benefits.
  • Some items are not available for one-day and two-day delivery due to special packaging or handling requirements. Instead they receive free standard delivery. For more details, refer to Guaranteed Shipping Speeds and Delivery Charges.
  • If you have chosen a Prime Shopping Edition plan, you will be not be able to access Prime Video, Amazon Music, Amazon Gaming etc as per above.
  • Amazon Prime benefits don't extend to all items that are fulfilled by sellers or Fulfilled by Amazon, specially items belonging to the large appliance and furniture categories. The best way to identify a Prime eligible item is to check if the Prime logo appears next to the product price.
  • The option to gift Prime Shopping membership is currently unavailable on Amazon.in.
  • Amazon Prime isn't available for customers who purchase products for the purpose of resale or use Prime free delivery to deliver products to their customers or potential customers.

  1. What is Prime Shopping Edition?
    To enjoy Prime benefits under the Prime Shopping Edition plan, you can currently purchase such membership at an offer price by ₹399 per year.

To sign up for Amazon Prime Shopping membership visit Amazon App or Amazon website (mobile browser) via your Android mobile:
1.Go to Amazon Prime.
2.Select or tap the sign-up button.
3.Follow on-screen instructions to complete the payment and sign up.

Prime Shopping edition is not available for purchase via desktop/PC browser.

You can't use a credit or debit card issued outside India to pay for the membership fee for Prime. You can't pay for membership fee for Prime using a virtual card or virtual bank account.

Items eligible for Prime delivery benefits are clearly marked. Look for the Prime logo Delivery Benefits next to products. Filter the search results to only show Prime eligible items by selecting the Prime filter. While searching on the app or mobile browser, tap Filters to open the filter menu.

  1. Check eligibility for guaranteed delivery

To check eligibility for guaranteed delivery at the delivery address or pickup store:

  1. Select a delivery address if you're signed in, or enter your pin code in the Delivery to widget on the product details page (under the Add to Cart Button).
  2. Select Update. Eligible shipping speeds appear.
  3. For eligible items, select the shipping speed option at checkout.
  4. For eligible items, select Morning/Same-day/One/Two-Day/Scheduled Delivery or One/Two-Day Pickup option at checkout.

  • Only certain pin codes are eligible for guaranteed delivery options. Prime customers who don't receive One-Day and Two-Day Delivery options receive Free Standard Delivery on Prime Eligible items.

i. Amazon reserves the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.

ii. Amazon may send you email and other communications related to Prime and your Prime membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Amazon account).

iii.You may not transfer or assign your Prime membership or any Prime benefits, except as allowed in these Terms.

iv.Prime members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Prime benefits.

v. From time to time, Amazon may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Prime membership benefits for any or all Prime membership plans.

  1. Membership Activation:

Your paid Prime membership plan will be activated only on successful payment for Prime membership plan made through the Amazon.in website.

  1. Membership Cancellation:

You may cancel your Paid Prime membership any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings on Prime Central. If you cancel the Prime Shopping Edition at any time post purchase, you shall not be eligible for any refund irrespective of usage.

  1. Agreement Changes:

We may in our discretion change these Terms, Amazon.in Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of Prime membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

  1. Termination by Us:

We may terminate your Prime membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will issue a credit note to you and give a prorated refund based on the remaining term of your then membership term, whether annual or monthly. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Prime membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. It is clarified that if the Auto Renewal of your Prime membership is enabled, you will be provided a refund (in accordance with these Terms) only for such membership term for which you have been charged. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE , IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PRIME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR PRIME MEMBERSHIP.

  1. Any queries or issues in relation to availing the Offer should be addressed to Amazon and such queries or issues will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer period.
  1. These Offer Terms is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
  1. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
