Spearhead Training is one of the Middle East’s leading soft skills training brands. We have been established in the region for over 25 years, and over 40 years in the UK. We have delivered training to over 4,000 companies and organizations in the Gulf region, in more than 50 different business sectors. Worldwide, Spearhead has delivered training to over 26,000 client companies and organizations, and trained over 700,000 delegates. Our clients range from large multi-national companies, to small and medium-sized companies and organizations. Spearhead’s key objective is to improve the business performance of our clients by delivering Public and In-Company Training Courses designed specifically to meet our customers’ needs. On our Public Courses, we do this by maintaining low delegate numbers (a maximum of 12 delegates, with just 8 on certain courses), and by having 6.5 hours of face-to-face contact between the Trainers and the delegates. We have full-time, multinational specialist Trainers who work exclusively for us. Our Trainers have over 300 years of combined training experience between them, and a number of them are bilingual (English / Arabic and English / Hindi). Spearhead Training has been an approved ILM Centre since 2012. ILM is the UK’s leading body for management and leadership qualifications. As of January 2023, our pass rate for ILM Recognised Courses is 99%+. Our clients rated us 99%+ ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ for ‘Method Of Instruction’ and ‘Overall Assessment’ for all our 2022 Courses (including ILM). We have offices in two locations in the Gulf region – Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a quality driven Customer Focus Department in our Head Office, Dubai.

FROM REFLECTION TO REALITY: BUILDING A LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION AT API 🌱 Last October, while walking home, I reflected on my love for HR. At 26 and three years into my career, I wondered: what if I go beyond routine HR tasks to create long-term impact? This sparked the idea to establish a Learning & Development function at Al Ali Property Investment, connecting experienced professionals with next-generation talent through a structured learning framework. An environment where: • Experienced professionals embrace new technologies and evolving practices • Young talent learns from seasoned leaders What transformed that idea into reality was the collective strength, belief, and collaboration of our entire HR Department. We realized that for growing companies, leadership development and organizational culture aren’t optional—they are essential. Strong leadership guides direction, while a healthy culture drives engagement, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. With the strong support and guidance of my HR Manager sudesh vp, the dedication of my colleague Adesina Orenusi, and the trust of senior management - who gave us the autonomy to select the right learning partner - we collectively evaluated and shortlisted several well-established corporate training providers. It was Spearhead Training (Spearhead Gulf LLC) who best understood our requirements and presented a proposal thoughtfully aligned with our objectives. We recently delivered API’s first purposeful corporate training programme - focused on a fundamental pillar of organisational success, "Leadership Development & Professional Workplace Excellence."
