It was a privilege to host the AI Leadership Breakfast Roundtable alongside the incredible team at NEXA AI Lab during my recent visit to Dubai. This conversation among C-suite leaders was incredibly sharp. There was consensus that AI integration isn't just a technical challenge but a governance and cultural one; that we need to move from isolated use cases to a cohesive strategy that delivers measurable business value; and that the C-suite must lead the shift in mindset to ensure AI becomes a core capability rather than a tool.
