We’re so excited to announce that we’ve opened four new Kitopi brand locations across the UAE over the past few weeks: • High Joint – Mirdif City Centre • Catch 22 – Zahia City Center, Sharjah • Zaroob – Deira City Center • Hot Bun – Dubai Hills Mall Even though we’re eight years in, every opening still feels like the first. We’re not just excited about launching a new site...what matters most is welcoming a whole new neighborhood to the Kitopi experience. These communities are growing fast and full of people who love good food and easygoing moments and that’s who we’re here for. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a post-mall dinner, or a spontaneous catch-up with friends, we want to be part of the rhythm of everyday life. And while an opening might look smooth from the outside, there’s a lot of work behind the scenes, no two locations are the same. We'd like to think that each restaurant has its own pace, its own guests and its own special flow. So we treat every new site like a custom build, designed around what the neighborhood needs and expects. A few things we care about (a lot): • Getting the food right: Every dish is tested, retested, and only served when it’s something we’d be proud to share with friends. • Raising the bar on safety and consistency: Our teams maintain internal scores above 95% across the UAE. • Training for real hospitality: Warm, thoughtful, confident service that doesn’t rely on a script. • Full-scale dry runs before launch: To make sure the experience works, end to end. While we’re not perfect, we always aim to build the full guest journey so that our teams can focus on people, not just process.
